Stay away! This is by far the most expensive dry cleaners I have ever run across — anywhere. When we left the clothing, they could not tell us how much it would cost. We left the clothing anyway. When we picked up the clothing, we were shocked at the price.

I had a comforter cleaned through their Saratoga location. When I took the comforter out of the bag, it was mildewy, seemed like it was put in the bag wet. Gross. I have no plans to be in Saratoga where there other location is anytime soon, and don’t feel like driving over an hour round trip. So now, I have to take it to another cleaner and explain to them, no that’s not my nastiness, that’s Feigenbaum’s mess. No I don’t know what it is, but I hope you can clean it. Fantastic :/ Someone from Feigenbaum had been in touch with me after I wrote a review for their Latham location offering to re-clean said comforter, but then deleted their business account shortly after that. So I was not able to take him up on his offer and will have to leave my review at one star.

Ruined my favorite skirt and still charged me. Told me that it was the manufacturers fault and I should return the skirt to talbots. When I went to talbots to return the skirt they said that this has happened over a dozen times and that I should find another cleaner. They accepted the return and exchanged the skirt. The tailor services are good though.

Excellent service! Love the fact that they’re «green» cleaners, too. Had some pants that the hem needed a repair on. They’d forgotten to do it by the time the rest of the cleaning was done. They completed it free of charge!
