What a great experience! Far exceeded my expectations.
The shop itself is so pretty! Just stepping out of the car and seeing the gorgeous dresses in the window will get you excited before you even walk inside. They have a great selection of high quality dresses in an affordable price range and a large array of accessories to really customize the dress to you.
Carina was my consultant and is such a sweetheart! Her excitement and enthusiasm were sincere without being over the top and set the tone for the whole appointment. I was made to feel very comfortable as she was attentive without being pushy. I didn’t have a particular dress in mind but she took into consideration all my likes and my long list of dislikes to find the perfect dress. It ended up being her pick for me with which I fell in love and said, «yes.»
Looking forward to bringing my bridesmaids back to look at dresses!

I knew that Lily’s was under new ownership so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience was wonderful! The staff was so welcoming when we walked in and they knew my friend and even let her try on her gown to show me! My body has changed a lot recently so I was feeling self-​conscious and I was unsure what styles to look for, but Laura was so helpful. She made me feel very comfortable and provided great suggestions for what I should wear. She even suggested a headband for me to wear that ended up looking fantastic!
I was a little concerned about ordering from Lily’s because I live in Boston, but they had it shipped to me directly and it came with plenty of time. When I tried on the dress at home it didn’t even need alterations! It was amazing.
Overall Lily’s provided a wonderful experience all the way through– I only wish I went there for my own wedding dress! Thanks to the Lily team and Laura especially for a great experience!

Wonderful!!! I went to Lily yesterday to try on wedding dresses with my mom. It truly was an amazing and fun experienced. Everyone was so helpful, knowledgable, professional and very fun! I found my special dress and couldn’t be more excited or happier! I was thrilled with my experience at Lily and would recommend it to any bride. My wedding was in the summer of 2013 and I had the pleasure of working with the staff at Lily of Saratoga. We worked with Maureen in particular and Julie (the seamstress) on the selection and finishing touches on the dress. They were very accommodating as I was from out of town and had challenging scheduling conflicts.
The quality of dresses at the shop was very high for the price range. I had previously shopped boutiques ranging from David’s Bridal to Designer Vera Wang in Charleston, SC. The bridal shop was adorable and quite charming with its classic Saratoga feel.
The service was excellent, and I felt comfortable right away as I could tell that their goal was both my and my mother’s (which is very important!) satisfaction and not trying to sell us as much as they could. This was evidenced by the fact that we selected bridesmaid dresses (they offer a great discount if you buy your dress and the bridal party dresses there) and two of my girls made deposits. We subsequently found dresses that we liked better. Unfortunately, Lily of Saratoga did not carry that brand and we wouldn’t be able to get the dresses through them. Even though most places would keep the deposit per policy, Lily of Saratoga did not even hesitate and refunded the deposits without question. I was so impressed by this.
Their service and professionalism are refreshing. They are definitely worth an appointment!

I heard great things from the bride who physically went to the shop in NY but the bridesmaids and I had awful experiences ordering online. All of our dresses were sized 2 sizes too big and alterations cost a fortune. When I went to get the dress resized the seamstress said the hem was uneven to begin with. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect fit for a dress– overpriced and nothing fit Properly.

My mother was visiting from the midwest to support me in my hunt for the perfect dress. By the time I reached Saratoga I was mentally exhausted and totally discouraged from all the bridal shops we had visited. Once we stepped into Lily we fell completely at ease. This boutique is beautiful and refreshing. The atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable with beautiful sofas for your party to have as you try on dresses. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the samples. They’ve chosen some very beautiful gowns to carry. I did not feel pressured or swayed. I felt catered to and cared for. What should be a special and enjoyable experience finally was. I was encouraged to take

my time in making a decision, but after a long weekend of dress shopping in NYC I will be returning to Lily to order my dress.

I reserve my one-​star reviews for truly dreadful experiences — I mean like, the worst experience I think one can possibly have at a store/​restaurant/​nail salon etc. Really, a store needs to actively try to get one. Well, Lily’s tried… and they succeeded. Rather, my consultant Heather, tried and succeeded — Lily’s merely set the stage and allowed this all to go down.
Let me bring you back to the lovely September day when this all went down.
My mother, sister-​in-​law and I had just driven 1.5 hours to go wedding dress shopping in Saratoga and, after one very good appointment and a decent lunch later, we walked into Lily’s about 20 minutes early for my appointment. We figured that they wouldn’t be ready for us but we could at least poke around a showroom or something.
We didn’t figure that they would have a pizza box sitting on the reception desk — especially seeing as there were appointments going on. Sorry, but take your lunch into the break room — it just doesn’t work with the whole bridal salon pampering feeling to have a food remains chilling in the front room. Especially coming from the appointment we had just been at where the shop was PRISTINE — like, no shoes allowed inside pristine.
Anyways, we let it go and to our surprise the receptionist pointed us right away to my «consultant», Heather. I use the term consultant loosely because she in no way shape or form tried to consult with us… and after the first dress was on, she basically gave up on me as a potential sale. I whipped through the rest of the dresses in record time both because my consultant’s storm cloud was raining on my dress shopping fun and because the quality of dress at Lily’s just wasn’t up to snuff with the other places I’ve been.
We left that shop right quick with no intentions of ever returning. If you’re looking for a dress in Saratoga, you should try your luck at some of the other area stores before heading to Lily’s.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having to purchase a bridesmaids dress through Lily of Saratoga for an upcoming wedding I will be in this fall. We went with the bride to try on our dresses this past winter. At that time I was measured by a staff member. They ordered my dress and shipped it to my home since I live out of state. When I went to try on the dress it was obviously way too small and was not able to zipped up. I had not gained any weight since my initial measurements and was puzzled as to why the dress wouldn’t fit. I now have to take it for alterations where it will cost an additional $ 65 dollars.
Of note there were at least 3 other ladies in the bridal party who will have to have alterations done. I would recommended going to other establishments to get your bridesmaid dress. I never thought I would say this but I would recommend going to David’s Bridal. I recently had to get a bridesmaid dress through there for another wedding and was very happy with the experience and the fact that they had all sizes available to try on.

The perfect boutique for the bride who is looking for personal attention. The owner, Marianne, is always wonderful, accommodating and gracious. The dresses that they have to chose from are extraordinary. I wouldn’t go anyplace else. They have earned my business for years to come.
The boutique is located in Saratoga Springs just a minute from Broadway. The back of the boutique where they present the dresses to you has an old victorian feel that they maintain well.
This is an upscale boutique perfect for almost any bride.
My last dress fitting we had Mimosas (by request).
Service – Always friendly and goes above and beyond to make you happy.
