Won Won Wok & Kafe

Won Won Wok is another exception in a sea of sh*tty service/​food in the Saratoga springs and Eagle mountain area. The food is quite good, much of the same you would expect at any other Asian restaurant, but it is tasty and delightfully prepared. The customer service is great and pricing is not too bad. I have zero complaints about Won Won Wok. I would certainly suggest this to anyone in the area looking for a good meal.

Only tried the pork Lo mein. Really tiny pieces of pork. Noodles were cooked very well. Just seemed a little too plain for my liking. Got it to go for lunch.
I would be willing to go back and try something else. Service was good.

The sushi is my favorite thing to order here. I love the fantasy role, dynamic roll, Vegas roll, play boy and California roll. My husband’s favorite roll is the Phoenix roll. The employees are all so nice!

This is a pretty good Chinese place; the food is decent. Kung Pao is a no-​go, but most other things are pretty good. The soup is good also. Bubble drinks are pretty weird but they’re also good if you like tapioca.

This was our first time here and it will probably be our last. None of the food was amazing, but none of it was terrible. It was just «meh». We ordered the kung pao chicken bento box, fried rice, crab cheese wontons, egg drop soup, and fruit.
The Kung Pao chicken was probably the best part of the meal, but it wasn’t great. It had a mild flavor when it is supposed to be spicy.
The fried rice was flavorless. That’s about it.
It came with fruit, which is a bit odd with chinese food. It was fresh and what you expect fruit to taste like.
The spring rolls were really greasy and didn’t have much flavor.
The egg drop soup didn’t have much flavor either.
The crab cheese wontons didn’t have, you guessed it, a lot of flavor. They were really soggy and dry.
We won’t be back. We prefer Whistle Wok in American Fork.

My husband I went here last Wednesday night. I was wanting some sushi and my husband was wanting some Chinese food so we thought we would give it a try. Plus we live very close and it was probably about time. First walked in I was one guy running around like crazy and they looked under staffed which worried me because I was hungry and knew I did not want to wait forever. Well he sat us quickly but at a dirty table and said he’d be back shortly to wipe it off. He came back to take our order and table was still not wiped well he took our order then finally got a rag to wipe the table off.
I order Vegas roll and side of rice. The prices of the sushi are about on par with other sushi places. My husband order bento box and it came with soup. So they brought out his soup and my side of rice. The rice was hardly warm and honestly not very good for fried rice. My husband said his soup was good though!
Rest of our food came out pretty fast! I got my sushi, it was excellent. Came with 12 pieces and it was extremely good and super feeling. I tried my husbands sweet and sour chicken and that was excellent to. Only real disappointment here was just the table wasn’t clean and the fried rice wasn’t good. I’d go again especially if I get in a sushi craving!

First off, we walking into a deer in headlights, the «hostess» looked as if we walked into their house, the sushi chef had to come around from the sushi area to seat us. And that’s just the start, we had a «waiter» I guess you can call him that, he was a high school kid who seemed as if we were ruining his social media time, we placed our orders (I got the tempura bento combo) once the order came I was ready to eat but of course what more could I expect from this place they didn’t bring my tempura dipping sauce so I had to interrupt the waiter and yell across the resturant to ask for my sauce, when he brought it I had asked if the meal comes with rice and he said no and walked away instead of having any sort of «customer service» and saying «no it doesn’t but would you like to order a side of rice» but NOOOO… Just a «no». The end of our dinner we had to walk over to pay while the waiter was on his laptop doing more interesting things other then his job I guess. almost forgot. the «food» sucked, they didn’t offer me an alternative dressing for my salad, their «tempura» was mediocre, the ahi was terrible, only good thing I have to say about this place is the miso soup didn’t completely fail & I got a pina coloda boba, TERRIBLE bobas are not cooked fully and the smoothie taste faker then my smile when I left that resturant. Long story sort I will never return and advise you not to waste your money

Yummy Asian food! Really good egg drop soup, decent sushi and very good egg foo young and fried rice.

My mom and I love Won Won Wok! We’re regulars here! Great, kind, service. Everything I’ve tried is delicious. People running the place are very nice. The food was good and the selection was good.

This is one of My husband’s and my favorite restaurants in town, granted this is probably one of 3 restaurants in town I have always had a great experience and their food is awesome. I always stick with the Kung Pao chicken and my husband gets the Honey chicken. Try it out you won’t be disappointed.

Noodles and orange chicken were average.
Wife’s Japanese bento box was gross… chicken was cold.
Servers couldn’t give any sort of help on the menu since they barely spoke English.

I read several reviews about the great Crispy Beef, so I ordered it today. Not great. Pretty poor in fact. The beef was tough and the sauce was so oily I hesitated eating it. I was able to finish the Crispy Beef but I can’t say the same for the Pork Lo Mein. It was inedible. A flavor I couldn’t identify caused me to throw it in the trash after two bites. The gal that took my order was quite unfriendly and just pointed when I asked for a menu to place a take-​out order. I can’t understand the good reviews. Won’t be eating here again.

We love this place. We moved to the east coast five years ago and when in town we still run down here for a Vegas Roll and Crispy Beef. The wife loves the spicy salmon.
Even though we are on the east coast were there are many different sushi choices we still haven’t found anything as good as Won Won.
The cost for the quality is great!

Absolutely worst food I have ever had. I wish I had insisted on not paying for it. I took my son and since he’s never been a Chinese food fan, I was hoping they would have some American food. They brought him a very shriveled up, wrinkled hot dog that he took one bite of and refused to eat the rest of and he loves hot dogs! My food was not good either and I had Chinese food. I felt it was over priced for the poor quality that it was. The waiter should have been very embarrassed to bring out such horrible food and ask us to pay for it, but I don’t think he was.

They didn’t honor what was said. Really frustrated with the customer service. Likely won’t return.

The food and service was good as always. The one issue I had was that they won’t take one of their coupons off of my smartphone, I had to print it out and bring it from home. It’s 2015, this is the only place that requires paper coupons anymore. Update your policy please.

I get the teriyaki beef. It’s strips of DELICIOUS!!! beef with teriyaki sauce. I get it with white rice. I don’t get anything else cause that’s so good. Make sure you get extra sauce though. The amount they give you is laughable.

Love Won Won! I have been to MANY places for sushi and this place is the best. Great prices, fresh sushi. I haven’t had anything here I didn’t like. Their fried dumplings and crispy beef are also very good.

I’ve had take out here twice and it’s really tasty. It’s what you expect from a good basic Chinese restaurant. It’s not the best Chinese I’ve ever had but it’s great to satisfy the craving for take out. I feel like the veggies in their dishes are always really fresh. I recommend the crispy beef, sweet and sour pork and the fried rice.

This is one of our favorite Chinese (with Japanese) restaurants here in the valley. Other than being right in our neighborhood, their food is to die for. We love their seaweeds for appetizer and their mixed vegetables and chicken lettuce wraps for main course. In fact we haven’t had any bad experience with any food we’ve ordered. From the bento boxes to noodles to sushi.
Every food they deliver to your table is fresh, hot and delicious. I love their collection of Big Maki sushi. My favorite is their Fantasy Roll. Their service is excellent as well. Great job guys!
