Andrea is so talented. My nails always last for weeks. She is very artistic and creative, very unique experience. Definitely my new nail artist. She does gel instead of arcrilic which is way better for my nails and I haven’t found an artist who has met those needs of mine till now. Very happy

I have been going to Eliza since when she was in Los Gatos. Her new place in downtown Saratoga is super cute, clean and neat. Eliza is great and provides great service. Professional, super-​friendly and always a perfectionist. She uses high quality products for facials and the neck massages (included in her facials) are heavenly. I also get my lips waxed — not my favorite but it needs to be done! :) And Eliza is very thorough and won’t let one hair behind. She also has a brand new electrolysis equipment although I haven’t had the need for this. Eliza is very responsive via text when I need an appointment and very accommodating. I am a huge fan!

I’ve been going to Eliza for years. She is a great esthetician, very knowledgable. I am very excited about the new location! It’s cute and very neat. It’s close to my work too and Eliza tries to work with my schedule so generally I am able to get an appointment on a short notice. She is the only reason I hardly use make up — my skin doesn’t need it. Her touch is soft and she is very thorough. After her facials my skin feels silky smooth and is very clean. Extractions are not my favorite part but somehow Eliza makes them almost painless. She definitely know what she’s doing and following her recommendations on skin care you will feel the difference in a couple of sessions. I highly recommend you give her a try.

Eliza is a wonderful esthetician. She does it all very well, and now she also does electrolysis! I haven’t tried electrolysis yet (I’m a wimp), but I have been going to her for facials and waxing and I always get great results. She is very honest and would never recommend anything that would be a waste of time or money for me, and because of that, I feel very comfortable going to her. I’ve been to a few places before and I remember them being a tad pushy and I was very intimidated. Eliza really explains everything (ex. facial/​microdermabrasion procedures) and makes sure you’re comfortable with moving forward. Eliza is great, you should really check her out!

The overall experience was really great. Even though this is in donwtown there was no problem to find parking as free public parking is right across the street. I went there for facial and it was really nice. Place clean and have good interior. I am definitely going there again next time and I would recommend this place to everyone.

Eliza is extremely good with waxing and facials. She listens to your requirements patiently and takes her time in getting the job done perfectly. She is a thorough professional when it comes to her work and has always been flexible with accommodating me during odd timings such as late in the evening or early in the day. Her new clinic is also very clean and well maintained and that’s a big plus.
Tip: Park in the parking lot just opposite the Inn at Saratoga and walk up the stairs to find her new location more easily

I love Eliza! I first found her through Unilocal at her previous location. Not only is she super friendly and down to earth, she’s also an extremely thorough and efficient waxer who offers a several other services. It’s always easy and quick for me to book an appointment.
The salon is clean and super cute! Cannot recommend highly enough!

I have been going to Ellie for years now. It all started with a simple eyebrow wax! She is THE eyebrow queen! No one has been able to do brows like this girl can. Then I started doing microdermabrasion. After doing treatments with her, I am a Microdermabrasion believer! Not only has it helped with old acne scars, but it is an amazing anti aging facia which I love. Their is no downtime and my makeup goes on so smooth after! Almost as if it is airbrushed. This is definitely my go to spa for anything now.

I have been going to Ellie for years now. She is very passionate about her work and is a perfectionist! As a male, I was very hesitant initially. But fast forward 5 years or so now, I have tried just about every service she offers. I am on a routine for microdermabrasion/​chemical peels to keep my skin looking nice and young. Ellie talked me into getting electrolysis for the hairs on my neck line. I can’t wait to see the end result. Laser hair removal didn’t work that great since I have a bunch of gray hairs in my neck/​jawline.

I wish I could give more than five stars! I have been going to Eliza for years, she’s just so thorough and truly has your best interest in mind. She’s helped me overcome my acne and I’m so thankful I found her! The new salon is beautiful and very clean which, is always must! To top it off, Eliza and the new nail technician Liz are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. They’re so welcoming and sweet! If you need a new go to salon, you just found it;) I love this place.

Like most of you reading my review, I also found Eliza off of a Unilocal review. After moving back to the Bay Area from San Diego, I was skeptical of going to see a new person as you can imagine. I am extremely loyal and wasn’t ready for the breakup after 12 years with my esthetician in San Diego.
From the moment I met Eliza, I knew the transition was going to be an easy one. She listened to me and gave me advice. Not only has she done my waxing, I had the opportunity to test out the new electrolysis services she is offering.
Can’t wait to start seeing her for facials! She is my go to for head to toe skincare needs.
She is very flexible with scheduling and really tries to accommodate her clients. I have seen her early in the morning and late in the evening and she returns my texts promptly.
If you aren’t going to see Eliza, you are missing out!

I have been coming to Eliza for years for facials and waxing. She recently moved locations. My skin has improved significantly since I have seen Eliza. She recommended a few skin products that i have been using for over a year that has helped improve my skin. The scariest wax for me in general to get is a Brazilian but with Eliza has been great. She made me feel comfortable, she is thorough and not very painful at all. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been coming to Eliza since she first opened in Los Gatos over 5 years ago. Her new place in Saratoga is a gem. As for her facials, I am and have always been mesmerized with her level of professionalism. She has great continuity and is very result oriented in her approach to aesthetics.
