We were first time home buyers and were referred to Jessica by a colleague. Jessica walked us through the entire home buying experience in our first meeting helping us understand the costs as well as the process. Jessica was very helpful and not pushy at all which was a way different from the other agents that had been recommended to us, agents who were pushy to the point of being uncomfortable.
It took us almost a year from our first meeting to buy the house and during the whole time Jessica was very supportive and positive. Once she realized what we were looking for she would show us houses that came close to what we liked saving everyone a bunch of time.
She would also be quick to point out issues as well as suggestions for redoing some of the things we did not like.

We luckily found Jessica at one of the open houses when we were just attending open houses every weekend to get an idea about real estate. Not knowing anything about real estate, and being newbies we were a little apprehensive about everything. We found Jessica genuine, professional and sincere in our first meeting. She was not pushy and gave us some honest advice. After some thinking, we decided to have Jessica as our real estate agent. Over the next couple of months, she showed us houses in Mountain View, Los Altos, Campbell and Santa Clara. She never rushed us, and made herself always available. Even when she was on vacation, she made sure that we got attention from someone covering for her. She gave excellent professional services during our house search. Even after finding the house and during the process of closing, she was always available to open the house so that we could get quotes from different contractors to get some work done later after closing. She helped us in every possible way. Even after 2.5 years of buying the house, if we send her an email regarding anything we get a reply in less than a day. She does believe in long term relationship. Being newbies, we didnt have an idea of many steps during the house buying process, she explained us various things with patience and care. We would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. If you are looking for someone honest, professional and excellent knowledge and real estate acumen, Jessica is the one.

Finally, we came across Jessica, who was introduced to us by a mutual friend. She asked many questions during our phone interview regarding what we were interested in. When we arrived for our first face to face interview with her at her office, she was already showing us viable homes within our criteria. She did her homework and was prepared. We decided immediately to go with her.
Jessica was a software engineer and project manager, working over 10 years at Yahoo! And Sun Microsystems. Trust me — all that mental energy works wonders in real estate. She is smart and knows what she is doing! We always felt that she had our interests at heart.
Finally, she is a closer. When we found the perfect home, she expertly guided us through the processes from bidding to closing. Of all the homes we looked at, we finally ended up with the one that we liked the best!
She also found us a Kenmore side-​by-​side refrigerator in good condition for $ 100.
