Not the first time this has happened, but definitely the last time I stop at this particular 7 Eleven. Stopped in to get bread on the way home from work. The line is eight people deep. They had one person running a register. Ringing up purchases, scratch tickets and numbers. One person filling cigarette shelf, ignoring customers and one person at second register with back turned to customers, happily chatting on the stores phone. Waited, waited. Left bread on shelf and walked out. A few others did the same. The two«workers» still did not make eye contact as their customers walked out. Obviously they do enough business this way that good customer service is not necessary. I gave two stars because the store is clean and well lit, inside and out.
