This aldo store shouldn’t even be open– it’s not the usual aldo service I’m used to. The Burlington mall location is much better. The people here don’t even want to help you they just ignore you and keep talking among themselves.

2015. and this place still sucks. I asked the salesperson if the $ 165 boot I was trying on was on sale for $ 99. She said yes, and of course at the register they said NO. So, goodbye Aldo. Ridiculous nonsense that I have no time for. Now I know why I haven’t been in the store since ’09.

Aldo is well known for it’s quality shoes and excellent customer experience. But this specific Aldo store shows absolutely different story: 1. Floors are dirty — you will not want to step on it with bare foot 2. New collections(not on sale) lack many sizes, I am not telling about something exotic — women’s size 6 – 7 was missed for many new items 3. They have a lot of definitely used items in Sale section 4. Worst customer service, I wanted to return shoes, stuff(including manager) refused because they claimed it was used, but it was as I got it(however, they sell items in really bad condition), and treated me as a liar, which is absolutely not acceptable by such respectful brand. Bottom line, go to some other Aldo store for a good shopping experience, at least until the stuff is changed.
