WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I have to say that obviously most people are shopping here for a great deal on cute stylish clothes. My review is not based on their clothes at all. It’s based on the store and the employees working there. When you enter the dingy, dirty and disorganized store, don’t expect to be greeted or asked for help in any way. The women working here were way more into thee pretzels and cell phones at the front counter. There were clothes littering the floor and you literally had to step over piles to walk around. Picked a few things out and was standing at the dressing room doors for about 10 minutes. The stranger next to me finally decided to get an associate to open the door. She came over, completely disinterested in anything at all and didn’t ask or say a thing to me. The dressing rooms are horrendous. There is gum and stickers from clothing on the walls and hair, dirt and trash all over the floor. I was too disgusted to take my shoes off. This wasn’t the result of a super busy day. This was a lack of even a bit of care from the staff. I tried my items on and one I wasn’t particularly fond of, came out with it and again no staff to be found, so I just hung it on a nearby rack. Waiting for another 10 minutes at the registers, the «manager» finally came over to say she will have someone help us. Then goes over to the fitting room area and starts yelling in the middle of the store, «WHO WAS IN THAT MIDDLE FITTING ROOM?! Who was in there? Did you see who came out of there?!» and my aunt answers that she was. The manager then says «Well you left your stuff in there! We don’t let you in like that so we expect that you keep it clean and respect our store.» Both of us were completely floored and my aunt explained it wasn’t very clean in the first place. The manager then scoffs, proceeds to ignore us and talk to an associate while she hurriedly rang us out. Then my aunt asks for the receipt and the manager instead throws it in the bag and says, «It’s in the bag hun.» No have a great day or anything. This place is an absolute joke and because of their poor customer service, I will never shop here again. It takes very little to be kind and they absolutely turned us off to ever spending money at Deb again.

I love this store, good for plus size clothing prices are reasonable, and the end of season sales are phenominal! will continue shopping here! :)

So it’s a teenie bopper/​hoochie clothing store, but they have cheap clothes and most colorful shoes there. I frigging LOVE it. My clothes get ruined all the time at work (doing color) and whatever material the dress pants are made of, the color comes right off but simply wiping it. No sitting around with a stain remover for me.
They STILL carry big bell bottoms, always a favorite of mine. I hate those skinny jeans all the girls are wearing now, and I go here to find those comfortable, loose fitting pants. Not to mention I can buy like, five pairs of shoes for under $ 100. Sweet.
