Green Smoke Electronic Cigarettes

Green Smoke products are decent. They’re convenient, the menthol tastes good (some even taste like bubble gum for some reason), I have no desire for a regular cigarette and I like the different levels of nicotine available. However, the customer service is ATROCIOUS. They are all unfailingly polite, but I’m in the middle of live chat with customer service for the 4^th time. I placed an order 12 days ago. It was supposed to ship a couple of days later. It didn’t. I was informed a couple of days ago that it had shipped, but apparently it hasn’t. It was approved to ship, but not actually sent. Now I can’t get them to issue a return authorization number.
Also, the cartomizers don’t last anywhere near as long as they claim. Each one is equal to between 3 and 10 cigarettes, not a pack and a half. And the battery life is shorter than claimed as well. I don’t use the USB cig they sent — it doesn’t taste the same to me, but it’s a pretty nifty feature if you’re caught with uncharged batteries.
They are also the only e-​cig that sends a case with the Pro kit; none of the others I checked into do that, and the case is really, really, handy.
If you’re going to go with Green Smoke, find a retailer in your area. They’re more expensive, but you won’t run the risk of running out for over 2 weeks.
Customer service eventually made it right — they finally re-​did my order and sent me 4 free cartomizer packs and 2 free batteries. I plan on ordering again LONG before I need to just in case.
I also was told that if you do a web search for free samples, Green Smoke will send you a USB, a battery, 2×1.8 nicotine menthol ice cartos and some clove flavored cartos for $ 1. Wish I had known about this before I ordered my kit.
I tried to review on their site, but they only post positive reviews.

Then you return and buy filters !! Five come in a package and last about 9 days the filters cost about $ 15. They come In all kinds of flavours, regular, vanilla, menthol, chocolate was my choice, might as well be happy while you beat or kick the habit !! They start off about 2.8 nicotine and go as low as 0.0 mist., for those days u think you may fall backwards !!
