I was apprehensive to order from here, due to the previous reviews. Even if they were old. But I wanted to try something different. I’m so glad I did. I got a haddock sandwich. It was nicely cooked, a little well done, but good. Two big pieces of fish. We got fries, which my son said were good. The other items in our order were a cheese burger and a chicken, broccoli ziti. The burger was a good size and cooked nicely. The chicken broccoli and ziti looks amazing. I’ll update after we try it. It also came with a hunk of cheesy garlic bread, which was a nice touch. Delivery was just under 40 minutes and he was very nice. I’ll order from there again.

Beautiful noce place, lots pf parking and shopping near by and ok food and drinks. The waitresses ate good but the event planning staff is not the greatest…

They have new owners — food is disgusting. They use Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce on their sandwich’s, who does that? Through away the menu will never order from their again.

Blahh pizza Greek style, but basically tasteless. Charlie’s used to be at this location and I grabbed slices while I was waiting for my laundry. With so many better options in saugus I wouldn’t waste my money

I don’t even know where to begin. For a place that has only been around for a few months they sure know how to turn a customer off. I wish Unilocal had an option for zero stars because this place doesn’t even deserve one. I tried this place else a few months ago when I first moved to the area. Right away they screwed me. I should have never went back, First time I ordered from Kings I asked about the specials and was told they had 2 large cheese pizzas for $ 14.99. But I wanted at least one large pepperoni and that wasn’t part of the special so essentially I payed $ 10 for a few pepperoni slices because I ended paying $ 25 for a large cheese and a large pepperoni. If I would have known that I would have stopped by the store and picked up my own pepperoni and put it on the pizza. The pizza itself is just OK sometimes. Most of the time the pizza is so covered in bubbles the cheese and toppings aren’t on most of the slices. Tonight I decided to try something else from the menu. Huge mistake! I tried the chicken finger dinner. The fries were extremely soggy and tasted like fish. I’ve rarely met a french fry I don’t like and can’t understand how you can screw up something so simple but they did. The chicken was worse. It tasted like fish and smelled like fish. Worse yet it had a vomit aftertaste. I took one bite and I was done. Even if the chicken strips didn’t taste so bad they were stale and burnt, I could barely bite into it. After looking over the menu at home I couldn’t think of anything I would want to replace it, I was so grossed out. I knew getting my money back was probably impossible and I’m reasonable so I asked my wife to call and see if we could get a $ 10.50 credit for the meal I didn’t eat. The manager was very rude. He told my wife she was making it up even when she offered to bring the food back. He then continued to argue with her saying the chicken was fine and he just changed the oil. He said there was nothing he could do over and over again. Finally after my wife threatened to call our bank and dispute the charge he relented and offered a future credit. Sorry dude but you just lost more than $ 10.50. We were coming to your restaurant on average of once a week to buy your mediocre, overpriced pizza spending $ 25 to $ 30 each visit. Now you lost us, our neighbors, and anyone else we know as customers. Part of running a successful restaurant is making the customer happy and comping a meal every now and then. It’s certainly better than losing several hundred dollars in future sales because you want to be right and make us out to be scammers. In the end YOULOSE! You can have my $ 10.50, that’s the last time you ever get my money. I suggest you change how you do business or you won’t be in business very long.

We are a nearby business and ordered from this place around 3 times a week. Food is actually pretty good but because of the bad service that I recently received from Kings, I had to give them one star. First they are always way too busy. The lady that took my order could not understand a simple pizza order and then she just put the phone down and left me there for awhile so i called back and she still had no idea what i wanted to order so she put on an even more rude gentleman who came on and was just rushing the order so after all of this frustration I cancelled my order. I only wanted two pizzas and they couldn’t even get that right. My company orders from this place consistently and now we will not order from there anymore. We gave them a good amount of business and they treated us terribly. if there were an option for a negative star i would’ve clicked that. Yours Truly, Annoyed Customer

I ordered dinner and had it delivered to my hotel. Fast, friendly service on the phone. The chicken kabob was good and the broccoli was even better. Side salad was fresh. Delivery driver was quick and polite.

Ordered three times already from this new business. The manager is great and can’t do enough to accommodate you. They have put together specialty catering for my business meetings and delivered to me at my home which is outside of the normal delivery zone… quickly with no charge. Food is very good and the menu is huge.
