I went in with my pocketwatch and asked if they could change the battery for me. the watch is fairly new and unscratched… and thats how it looked when he was done too!!! i was very pleased. one of the other stores in the mall wouldnt even try to open it and they scratched my older watch ANDWEREMOREEXPENSIVEANDPUSHY… from now on im only going to these guys with my watches

The jewelry here is estate/antique. Because of this, you find a selection that isn’t available in other«mall type» chain jewelry stores, which I think is a great thing. Last year, I bought a white gold diamond fashion ring here — I love it! I put a down payment on it only because I wasn’t 100% sure I wanted it. The clerk told me if I changed my mind, I could get my money back and in the meantime, the ring would be taken off the floor so it wouldn’t get sold to someone else. I did end up getting the ring and they sized it at no extra charge. Not only is the ring beautiful, but I had it professionally appraised elsewhere and it appraised for over 3x what I paid for it. I would definitely shop here again in the future. Good selection, good price, and good service.
