My family and I ordered breakfast for dinner, and I thought we made a MAJOR mistake. It took forever to get our order (waited at least 20 minutes). I am a very observant person and in people service. All of the people behind the counter pointed at our order on the screen and shook their heads in disgust. It also seemed one the employees cooking did not want to prepare our order. The meals also did not have any taste when we ate them.

Stopped for late bfast on way up north. Nice clean McDs as I would expect ordered an egg-​sausage biscuit meal, good as these can be. Service was slow. For a Sunday morning at 10:45 they should be moving faster at both counter and kitchen. Order came up, I was standing to the side waiting; tray placed at far end from waiting end. Then no announcement order was ready, it sat getting cold.

It’s hard to complain about a McDonalds — you usually know what you’re going to get. After seeing billboards all over the state advertising Cheddar Melts, I wanted one. Unfortunately for me, the well dressed woman who took my order said they’re no longer offering them. Based on her attire, I assume she was some sort of manager. I clearly told her my order was to go, yet she served it on a tray (hope she’s not doing the training!). What pissed me off the most, was the McDonalds 15 miles north had Cheddar Melts!
