This is an update to my review: I updated from 1 start to 2 stars, only because the company returned my part of my money; although my items returned to CA and I didn’t receive confirmation until a week and a half later. The only reason that the company returned my money, was because I left this review, as well as a review on other sites. There is no return policy posted on the website or receipts, yet they claimed to have a 30 day return policy. The owner has since been harassing me since the return to pull my Unilocal review down because she claimed, «I would greatly appreciate you revoking your Unilocal comment about our company. We have an outstanding reputation and have been in Business for over 20 years.» Just because a company has been around for 20 years doesn’t mean they know how to run and operate, or provide customer service. I do not appreciate being BRIBED to remove my Unilocal review. Unilocal was established for customers to write about their experience. My advice, as a business owner to another business, if you want amazing reviews, try treating your customers with respect, post a return policy, DONOT tell a customer you’re going to call them if you have not intention of doing so, and do not threaten someone. Had I gotten EXCEPTIONAL service, I would have written about that; however my service(and the product) was far from exceptional and the customer service was even worse.
