This boutique is special. I originally found it in winter 2013 when it was still located in San Francisco. I bought an incredible hand-​made merino wool sweater and a gorgeous shawl — both timeless and worth every penny. Since then I’ve visited their new Sausalito location in 2014. The shop itself is lovely: cozy, contemporary, and fun to browse (not to mention it’s in a gorgeous location close to the water). The merchandise is unique and high quality — you won’t find any of their products at standard department stores regardless of how high end they are. Most important, the shop owner Susan sets the bar for customer service (something I’m extremely picky about). She’s warm, attentive, and anxious to please her customers. If all business owners provided such top notch service and beautiful merchandise, the world would be a better place.
I typically write restaurant and travel reviews. I wrote this review because I feel this clothing boutique is a hidden gem.
