After being a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for many years, this one has made me regret it. Too many things disappointing about this place, but the biggest that the manager’s aren’t even listening to you when you drop by for service. Until you sit there and explain what you want and they understand it then it seems like a hassle to help out.
And don’t even try to reach out to their corporate support, one call to them and filled out their forms online and no one has reached back. Assuming there’s a disconnect between everyone and the customer suffers. I’ll head to the dealership from now on…
