I stayed here because it’s 2 miles from my relatives. The hall way and room smelled unpleasant, so that short of grossed me out anytime I stepped on the floor or used the bathroom(it’s just me), the bathroom was small and had no vain fan, bad insulation, you can hear people flush and the water running pretty much all the time, the service is ok

The place recently had been renovated. Felt safe, front desk courteous and efficient. Comfortable bed fluffy towels clean microwave iron fridge. No issues price was right and happy with stay. Just too close to the train with whistle blowing late at night– could have done without that but that is not fault of hotel. If interested in saving some money in a clean and comfortable place then I recommend.

This is a very strange hotel, but workable. I arrived after dark, so I don’t know the neighborhood but it is really kind of squeezed into an urban area. The renovations appear to be going along but there’s a ton of work to do. The back entrance used by guests is so awful I almost turned around and left. But once inside, not bad. I booked online for a price of $ 53 per night but when I arrived the price had changed to $ 79 per night. I thought, since I got a «suite» with a hot tub I’d go ahead anyway. The first room had peeling paint, a slashed sofa, and such little light you couldn’t read a book with all the lamps turned on. I called the front desk and while the customer service wasn’t the greatest we worked it out. I was moved to another room that was much better. Nice bathtub, but. I had to clean it before I used it because there was hair in it. Had to clean off the couch and the desk because they had granola on it. Basically clean, but. Tried to use the hot tub, there was no drain plug, but they fixed it right away and the maintenance guy was very pleasant. Bathroom and pillows smell strongly of cigarette smoke. I am finding this to be just a really weird hotel but marginally acceptable. If I was staying more than 2 days I would go elsewhere, but for a brief stint for a funeral it’s okay.

I have never checked out of a hotel before staying the night before. The entire first floor smelled of mold/mildew and the room wasn’t any better. Upon entering the room, the window was opened, setting off a red flag immediately. I assume it was open to air out the stench. When I decided to shower, the bath mat towel had a brown stain across it! On top of that, there was a condom wrapper tucked away on the top corner of the shower. Absolutely disgusting. The front desk and management would not help us find another hotel in the area. They did refund us our money and points.

Yeah this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. It may have a decent price but the place is waaay below anyone’s standards. The walls are dirty in the rooms and the room smelled musty. It made me sick.

This hotel is disgusting. My first room smelled like urine and my second room smelled moldy and musty. I refused to stay and checked out 10 minutes after I checked in. I have never done that before and I stay in hotels frequently. The manager was nice and gave me a full refund.

Not easy to get a good nights sleep here when the fire alarm is going off at 3:30 am.

This place regularly has problems with prostitution, public intoxication, drug use and drug dealing. The staff are not well trained, and there are constant issues. Avoid this place.

All of the other hotels in the area were booked. We found a «suite» here and booked it. It was supposed to be non-smoking. It smelled of smoke horribly! I have a daughter with severe allergies. We had to sleep with the windows open. The train went by at 1:30 am and woke us up, not to mention the highway noise. And then by 8:30 am there was no hot water for showers. If you can help it, do not stay here. Also, this is not a Comfort Inn anymore, it is a «Quality Inn».

Stayed there for my cousin’s funeral. Got checked in & received keys for two adjoining rooms. When we returned that evening, we had been locked out of our room, with all of our stuff in it! The desk clerk was very rude and even raised his voice at my mother. Despite having given a credit card, they said we didn’t pay for the adjoining room.(despite the fact that customers pay/are charged when you checkout), so the manager had us locked out. We told them to add the adjoining room to the credit card they had on file, and then the clerk wouldn’t grant the AAA discount. Did I mention that the girl who checked us in had never actually seen the rooms and we had to show her what we meant when we requested ‘adjoining rooms’? The feedback we received after filing a complaint only touched on how they attempt to offer fair prices… nothing about customer service.
