This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I hired them to manage my property when I moved away. To begin, they never answer the phone and hardly respond to emails after they’re hired. My house was destroyed under Capstone’s care and I was billed for repairs that didn’t happen. Capstone concealed horrendous damage from me and showed potential tenants the house in terrible condition after the previous tenant was evicted. After months of nobody wanting to rent it, I hired someone to do a walkthrough and discovered what had happened. I fired Capstone. I informed the owner, Ellen Adams and showed proof of the extensive damage and costs, which she ignored. Despite numerous requests, Capstone won’t give me the documents relating to our contract, in violation of 2010GA Code 43−40−25, 33.2 A, B, & C. Avoid Capstone, and the owners Ellen and Lindsey Adams at all costs. They have cost me thousands of dollars through negligence and lies.

Review about office staff only: My husband & I rolled out to Capstone to check out some properties and I dunno if the dark haired woman who helped us was having a bad day or what. It was clear she had zero interest in helping us, answered questions with slightly condescending replies and in the end tops my charts for unhelpful this week. «Okay, well these properties, see where it says September 1st? That means I can’t show it to you without an appointment with the tenant.» «Okay, well, we’re in town from LA until tomorrow, could you see about setting up an appointment?» «We aren’t open on the weekend.» «Okay…could you call and see if we could setup appointments today then please?» Never happened and didn’t care to follow up. The two properties we looked at were VERY contrasting. One had old world charm but no one from management has stopped by and the entry way had weeks of mail scattered and piled up everywhere, but it was certainly cute. The other was definitely run down and it concerned me about touching anything. It’s clearly been vacated awhile but they haven’t cleaned the carpets or anything. Whatever, I guess it’s not the property managements responsibility… but what there responsibility is, is to treat possible tenants with a modicum of decency and at least ONESMILE. But nope! If that’s how they treat random folks off the street I would be concerned how tenant complaints are met.
