Genesis came to the rescue when my physically and mentally challenged patient’s moving company refused to move his beloved recliner … I couldn’t blame them … it WAS a disaster! So much so that I feared it was destined for the landfill. Alan at Genesis was extremely empathetic and accepted the challenge to salvage my patients beloved chair. Not only did Genesis do a fantastic job cleaning the chair, but they also were so kind to also deliver the sparkling clean chair to my patient’s new home! This level of customer service is rare in today’s business world. Thank you Genesis! You’re the best!!!

Sent a request in for an estimate at 7PM and was surprised that they actually called about 15 mins later! Not only that, they showed up to my house bright and early the next morning. Icing on the cake? Looks 100x better than the top name cleaners. A++++

I was very pleased with the results. Our carpets look fantastic. We have a puppy and they were able to get the stains out and our home smells fresh. I recommend Genesis to everyone. The price was right too.

He quoted me a great price… if only he didn’t hang up on me while I was talking to him. Poor move. Now I must look elsewhere.
