I work nearby and decided to call Jimmy John’s when I realized they delivered. Love their subs, the hoagie style bread is the best, and the delivery was so fast they were practically there before I hung up the phone. Seriously, you know lunch is on the way when you’re hungry. They just need to remember to include napkins, and I was surprised they wouldn’t do half sweet half unsweet tea. I ended up with diet coke instead. It’s probably a time factor, would rather have the fast delivery, but half and half tea is my preference.

I timed my most recent visit to this Jimmy John’s location. Walked in, ordered at the counter, fixed my beverage, received my food… all together, in and out in under a minute and a half. Nice work!

Fast, friendly service. Always greeted when I enter. Food is tasty and affordable. I never find myself waiting for a long time to get my food. I have had some bad service from the competition so Jimmy John’s is now my favorite sandwich shop in Savannah.

Basing this on the food. For a quick sub I will choose Jimmy John’s over other sub places. The food seems fresh and I like their hoagie bread. As others have said the workers are young, So the service is not stellar.

Yum yum yum! This place isn’t too close to me but luckily it’s near my school. They have always been friendly, fast and thorough! I wish JJ would replace subways! Way better quality of produce used and overall Sammy then most places.

Awful service. I ordered a delivery with four orders. First of all, the guy was put out about the multiple orders and was not shy about expressing it. Then he got pissy because we referred to the sandwiches by what they were(turkey on French… etc) rather than their numbers. What difference does it make? It was our first time ordering. Like we knew the numbers were sacrosanct. Then the delivery girl dropped them off at my job and didn’t get the cash portion of the order. I assumed she charged it all to my debit. Everyone made that assumption. Was a bit miffed, but I just shrugged it off because it wasn’t a huge amount. Then later they call me. Can they come get the cash. No, my job is closed. I tell them to charge my debit. He calls back. They can’t because the order was already processed. Can I come in with cash and drop it off? What?! I’m supposed to get up 15 – 20 minutes earlier than my 5:45 am time to go to an ATM(I never carry cash) and drive to their store to cover for their employee’s mistake? No. I tell them to come by and pick up a check or charge my card. I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to correct this error, especially when I’ve offered two forms of payment. He says a manager will call me tomorrow. Call me. You’ll get the same answer. Rude, incompetent, intransigent, and unbelievably full of themselves. Savannah is gorgeous, but the service I’ve experienced while here has been truly atrocious.

I love Jimmy Johns subs. However this location has always let me down in terms of service. It is ran by local kids and their attitudes are typically very poor. The sandwhiches are fine. Its only the service that lacks.

Staff is rude!!! The kid never greeted me and immediately asked«what can I get for you?» without a smile on his face. A few minutes later the girl who finished my subs yelled«Your subs are done». While she could have easily brought the order to my table, she decided to go gossip with the other staff members. I asked if I could have some napkins and she pointed and said” they’re right there.” I had to reach over the counter into her workspace to get them. While none of this is really that serious, I know so many people who are unemployed and would love an opportunity to take their places. Savannah’s service industry is horrible. The managers don’t care enough to hire employees who do a good job and the employees don’t care enough to do a good job. From now on Ill get a Publix sub next door.

Stopped in for lunch during training at the Armstrong center. Right down the road, quick service, and good, fresh sandwich toppings. The dine-in area was very clean and the folks helping us were very friendly. I decided to try an unwich(no bread, just the fixin’s rolled up in a leaf of iceberg lettuce!), and I definitely enjoyed it. It looks like they do a huge amount of delivery to businesses, and if I lived in the area, I’d definitely frequent their business!
