Pak Mail Center

Began using this location over a year ago for a PO BOX and for PKG DROP OFF and PKG’s BEING DELIVERED to me. They moved over the 2012 holiday and did not notify me. The lack of regard for their customer’s is very puzzling and rude. Pak Mail should have given their customers the new mailing address by easily slipping a moving or new address flyer in each PO or posting signs prior to allow customers to notify businesses or relatives of the new address. Instead today I was notified, when a mail carrier trying to deliver a package to me, could not locate them and therefore had no way of delivering me the package. Upon discovery, I telephoned this PAK MAIL location to be informed rudely and without any regard for any inconvenience that they may has caused that they had indeed moved and had a PIECE OF PAPER POSTED on the door of the empty store front. I would rate this Pak Mail with extremely poor customer service!
