What in God’s name is wrong with the service mechanics employed with this company… They either DON’T rotate my tires during an oil change, change my oil filter during an oil change or something in my car goes missing. This time, someone stole, yes I said «stole», an expensive bottle of M3 Rubbing Compound. It was in my trunk 5 mins before the mechanic began to work on my car and it wasn’t there 8 hours later! I should have checked before I left their parking lot, but I was so disgusted by the service-BOY’s attitude I forgot to check. Savannah Tire and Tires Plus are the WORST. In 5 years I’ve yet to have a proper visit. I’m doing my own oil changes from now on.
