This is the second time I have used Window Genie. Last spring, they did a complete pressure wash and cleaning of all windows, inside and out. And yesterday, just a quick pressure wash of my front porch and fence. What a difference their work makes! Both times I have been very happy. The technician, Terron, is very through, courteous and professional. The owner, Ben, is always responsive and great to work with. Great job, fellas!

We have had ben clean our windows on two occasions now. He did an excellent job on both days. he is friendly professional and quiet. His prices are reasonable and he shows up on time and completes the job as promised. We will be using him again and again in the future. J robbins

One of their drivers hit my brand new car trying to squeeze into a parking place that was too small for him. He denied it and got aggressive with my husband when confronted. He blatantly lied. Not good.

I am so pleased with my «new» windows. They arrived on time, did a great job even though my windows had approximately 40 years of grime, and cleaned up behind themselves. Very professional experience and I will be using them again — before another 40 years has passed!
I also had my home pressure washed to help prepare for painting, and am pleased with the results. I love that Ben asked how much soon we were looking to paint so that, if painting is not imminent, he wouldn’t leave our home looking like a war zone.
Highly recommend!

really happy with my experience with the guys at window genie. had bought a groupon for a dollars-​off deal in november and, when i called last week to set up an appointment for an estimate, was very satisfied with the price. booked right away and the owner ben and an associate came out on saturday to clean our exterior windows. we’ve got a fair amount of windows, some odd sizes and quite high, and both men did a thorough, neat job — they made the windows sparkle and, when they were done, they cleaned up thoroughly. definitely worth the price — i do a good job window-​washing, but i could never do the job they did. would definitely book again.

The guys at Window Genie do it all. They came to our house, gave a fast and free estimate, and arrived on time to perform the job. They are professional in their appearance, demeanor, and job quality. You can tell this is a well run and organized company. We had our vinyl siding, driveway, and wood fences pressure washed and cleaned. They cleaned our roof and disinfected it to prevent further degradation, and cleaned all of the exterior windows and screens. I would recommend Window Genie to anyone. They are new in town and are willing to do what it takes to get the job done right at a more than fair price. We are very happy with the results. No more mold on our siding!
