They will refuse to sell you a new phone without purchasing a $ 200 bundle of accessories. Glass cleaner(won’t use), screen protector(won’t use), car charger(I don’t need another), a random phone case(I’d rather pick my own) and a portable charger(useful, but not worth $ 200).

Great store. Helpful and knowledgeable reps. Quick transaction times as the store is not as packed as the one in Columbia. You are not given a number and treated as you would be at a deli counter. They will take the time to show you how your new phone works as well as properly put on any accessories for you. I highly recommend it.

If anyone is wanting to go to a Verizon store, please go to corporate. Do not, do not go to any A wireless Verizon store. They are an indirect dealer who like to screw customers out of their money.

This is an awful Verizon store. It is poorly run & the sales people are very rude & obnoxious. They do not have a tech support group & the staff knows nothing about the technology. The sales team is very pushy & constantly tries to upsell you on accessory bundles & tablet giveaways that require contracts. The Manager is very unpolished & lacks professionalism. I was having problems with my iPhone with the screen going blank. I purchased a new iPhone & went home only to realize my old phone just needed a hard reset. It was working fine, so I called the store asking about returning my new phone. The contract states there is a $ 75 restocking fee. I asked the salesperson on the phone about the fee & if they would waive the fee if I returned to the store immediately & never opened the box. I was told it would not be a problem if I came back in the same day. I drove back to the store in traffic & the manager would not honor what his salesperson had said. The manager then proceeded to tell me all the reasons why my old phone was going to die again. He acknowledged that I was given misinformation & he refused to waive the fee.
