I would have to say I did not have great experience. I bought my son a jacket here. A button fell off within a couple weeks of buying it. I brought jacket to get new button sewn on. They told me I would need to sew it on myself and if wanted to leave the jacket it would be a couple days. I took the button and the jacket to my dry cleaner and they did it less than 5 minutes. Terrible customer service by Brook Brothers, last time I shop there!

FIVE STAR experience! We had gone to 4 different places (Including Lord & Taylor next door) for suits on Sunday– to say that we had terrible service in EVERY place we went to, would be an understatement! My fiancé has a very difficult «suit body» and every sales associate that saw us ran! We were already defeated when we decided to walk into Brooks Brother in Scarsdale around 5:45pm but our luck immediately changed when we were greeted by Joanne :) She made us feel welcome and comfortable, At no point did we feel rushed, unwanted or pressured to even purchase a suit. She educated us on different styles and looks and went above and beyond to locate his sizes in different stores. As promised, we received a phone call from her today confirming that she found the 2 suits we wanted and a time for my fiancé to go in to get them tailored. The trip was worth it because we ended up with 2 great suits and 3 awesome shirts. Most of all, we have a person to see every time we need a suit! We will never go to another place for a suit because — Joanne is our girl!
