Paper Source

I used paper source for my custom wedding invitations. My initial meeting went perfectly. The girl working with me was unbelievably patient and helpful. The production team in Chicago was very nice and made changes to the proofs until it was perfect. I had a slit issue with production time being longer than expected but after contacting the production team they agreed to overnight my invitations at no cost for the inconvenience. My invitations came out beautifully I couldn’t be happier…
I had one issue with Lysa in the store — she was very rude to customers. Cutting people off as they spoke, rolling her eyes aggravated when a customer asked questions. Someone accidentally knocked over a picture frame and as they picked it up and apologized Lysa walked over irritated saying ugh thanks for breaking my picture frame. She was unbelievably rude and acted as if customers were an inconvenience to her. If you don’t like helping people you probably shouldn’t be in retail .
With that being said I would definitely recommend the paper source — just use anyone but Lysa at that store. Everyone else there was helpful, attentive and nice.

There’s a beautiful selection of papers for crafting and greeting cards that aren’t what you usually find, if you’re looking for something more unique. The atmosphere is relaxed, so it’s not the type of store to go into if you’re in a rush.
One gripe is the disconnect between the online offerings and the brick and mortar store. Some things are only available online, and even if you order it in a store, there’s no getting around the shipping charges.
