What a horrible management service company. To think that your monthly association fees are going to pay the salaries of these people to provide the type of non-customer service they offer is quite frustrating to say the least. Not only are they incompetent in what they do, they’re actually quite proud of it. This is definitely one thing to consider when purchasing your property. Who is the management company you will be dealing with?

If I could give them no stars I would of. By far the worst customer service. Unprofessional and rude.

POORCUSTOMERSERVICE. I don’t know why they are still in business and why our condo board doesn’t look for another management company. 1) Our condo newsletter advertises that if you have any questions, you can email American Property Management. I emailed with an inquiry, no response. 2) There is one lady who answers the phone WITHOUT saying her name and gives you an attitude. APM… you need to monitor your people about the way they treat customers. One time, I asked her a question(I’m always nice & respectful over the phone with these people) and she came back with a bitchy«Well, what do you want me to do about that?» Really? Who hires these people? 3) All notices/newsletters they send to condo residents are in a threatening tone. Example: If you don’t pay this amount, we will not release the documents you want. If you don’t give us the information, we will take away your privileges. Etc. HELLOOOOO! MOREBEESWITHHONEY? TRYBEINGNICEFOR A CHANGE. YOUMAYGET A GOODRESPONSE. I pay my assessment dues on-time and follow all condo rules & regulations. No reason to be such a*holes. If you hate your job so much, quit. Don’t take it out on your customers(who technically, pay for your salaries.)
