We hired Mark on the recommendation of a local tile shop. His work was outstanding in every way. He is a skilled professional who tackled and completed a difficult job on our shower and bathroom floor in a timely manner and at a fair price. He was prompt, responsive and very accessible. He kept us apprised of his progress on a daily basis. We could not recommend him highly enough. As to «Billy O’s «review, he must have an agenda of some kind. If licensing was an issue for him, and Mark was not licensed, then obviously he would not have hired Mark in the first place… but he did. Ignore his diatribe. Mark is top notch!
