I have tried to resolve a balance for over a month. When I called one office told me they can’t look up accounts at the Schaumburg office. Call again and they are closed on Wednesdays. Call again on Thursday and speak with someone, provided my CC # to them over the phone and was promised a final statement of $ 0 in the mail. Get a statement in the mail yesterday saying the balance was never paid. Call the office this morning, forwarded to another location and tells me they don’t know what happened and the Schaumburg office is forwarding calls to them. No one can tell me who took my credit card and why it was never used to pay the bill. Can’t get in contact with anyone with answers. I am beyond disgusted with these people. I also would like to know who has my Credit card info? Can’t get a straight answer from anyone on their staff.

I’m sorry. I should have gone with my gut instinct on this one. This practice suck BIG time. I only wanted a simple procedure done. Removal of corn and shorten one toe digit. What a disaster. I’m considering a law suit against them.
I went to another doctor to take a look at my foot. And the doctor showed mr an X-​ray with all sort of screws and pins in my toe that has no reason for being there!

I have been going to Clemente Foot Clinic for years for various foot problems. Dr. Clemente is so kind and professional. He always seems to know the best treatment plan for me and my family. His staff is compassionate and always makes me smile.
