Everyone’s had phone hassles getting a new phone(switched from Virgin Mobile) but these guys really pulled together as a team to help me out. A lot of time spent in the store but they got the job done. I’m happy with my Galaxy 6 so far. They do know what they are doing here.

Slowest service ever. Been standing here for 30 min. Not a hello, or a hi I will be right with you. Got passed up for someone who just walked in the door. Another employee decided it was time to leave and just leaves with people waiting to be served. They are about to miss a very good sale… Oh well right!?! horrible!

Joanna assisted me the other day and it was by far the best experience I’ve had at phone store. I dread going to get my phone fixed when broken or going in for an upgrade. I’m usually stuck there all night. She got me out with a new phone so quick and she answered all of my questions clearly.

I’m not even a Sprint customer and I know this store well. My boyfriend has been with Sprint for longer than I have been with AT&T and that’s even before they were known as Cingular. One reason why we visit this store is that it is Corporate owned. He had a really bad experience at an Authorized dealership once and refuses to give them another chance. This location just happens to be near my dad’s place so it’s not really out of the way for us. If his bill happens to be due, he pays for his monthly service in person. There are two Sales Associates who he deals with at this location. It’s really nice that they’re always here when we’re here. They are the other reason why we come to this Sprint store.

Went here last night for a midnight game release with my son. Thank goodness it was midnight eastern time. We expected a line because of the game being released and we got there early. We were welcomed into the store for a pre-launch party and some games. My son instantly went into geek mode talking with the employees about the games. This was my first time at a midnight launch and was so out of my element. …just me being in the store is out of my element but watching my kid geek out was pretty cool. He was the youngest in the store and everyone was welcoming. I will definitely«geek» out next week for another game launch.

So beyond done with this store! Customer service reps have no idea what they are doing, they are nice enough, but don’t know what they are doing. Been in store several times, get different answers to same questions each time, so hard to figure out what is going on. Really think they are trying to screw customers out of every bit of money they can. Phones cost more in store than online, but when you try to order online and are suppose to get it free because you do store pick up, they still try to charge you by telling you the order is incorrect in system. Then when we tried to do again, they claim appointment was not in system, so no phone again. Well, f*** that, going elsewhere.

About three years ago I had a corporate line through a small business I was working for in the area. The Blackberry Curve they gave me had a lot of issues locking up and rebooting, so I took it by this store to get serviced. It is located right in front of the Kohls, but can be difficult to turn in to the parking lot if you are headed south on Barrington. Thankfully, there’s a huge parking lot, so nabbing a spot isn’t a challenge. As soon as you enter the store you are prompted to sign-in on a clipboard to wait your turn for service. To the best of my knowledge, there was any priority service for business clients. There were quite a few people in the store, but the employees were doing a good job of attacking the list and moving on to the next customer. I actually spoke with the manager who was quite apologetic for the issues my Curve had been giving to me. He explained that it was a common problem for the model and asked if I was interested in upgrading. As the company I worked for had the insurance, I just declined and asked for a replacement phone. He took my broken one off my hands and had a refurbished unit mailed next-day to my house. Overall, the experience inside of this location was solid. That doesn’t mean that I found the overall interaction with Sprint top-notch. Their billing system was the most unnecessarily complex and fee-ridden of any carrier I had used to date. When I looked over my bosses bills, it was hard to make any sense of all the fees and charges. If you fell behind like he did, they would cut off the service until you paid at least a portion of what you owed. Thankfully they didn’t always cut it off if you made an effort to communicate with them, but virtually ever phone rep was confused about our bill and couldn’t explain everything easily or how they pro-rate things. Hopefully they have simplified their billing structure since the last time I used them.
