good variety of cosmetics and beauty products. I gave 4 stars because I wish they will have more coupons that I can use for prestige cosmetics.

This location is alright, but the customer service needs a bit of sprucing. Each time I come into this location, I have to ask for help to find a product. I wish you still carried Cargo as I love their HD foundation!
Other locations were very generous with providing samples to members at check out. This location will not offer you anything of the sort. I’ve recently moved to ordering my products online since I get more goodies from them by ordering online. I love trying out new products, and I buy Smashbox, Cargo, Urban Decay, Mario Bradescu, and others so I do buy the expensive stuff.

I have tried to get my brows done, facial treatments, but no one is over there to help. I usually give up and end up going to my preferred spa for the services. I had my hair done at their previous location, and about fainted at the cost for a haircut, shampoo, style.
Great place to run into should you forget to make your online order and need an item quick. I would not visit here to receive any type of service though.

I got my hair and make-​up done at Ulta for my wedding in Schaumburg/​Streamwood area. They were phenomenal and the prices were much lower than expected. I got my hair and make-​up done at an up-​scale salon for my sister’s wedding which cost me twice as much when I was maid of honor versus a bride at Ulta, and the work was so much better. I ended up buying extra blush and hairspray, but I never even needed to retouch anything besides my lip gloss. The staff was super friendly and talkative and new exactly what I wanted. They even brought in extra stylists since I had a sunday wedding. Would definitely recommend!

I had a brow wax done at the Benefit bar, which was my birthday gift for being an Ulta rewards member. The wax was super gentle and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all. The girl did an absolutely fantastic job — my eyebrows looked great!

I like Ulta, I do but I won’t be going back to this one anytime soon. I tend to judge a place by customer service and I don’t get much here. It’s like they think I’m not going to buy anything by just looking at me. So of course I’ll drop a good amount of $ and make sure the cashier knows «No, no one cared to help me today!» lol that’s usually a failed attempt of a Pretty Woman moment on my part because the cashier barely cares. I’ll stick to the one in the city or by Woodfield.

So this is what they rave so much on youtube??? Hmmm I had to check it out… honestly I wasn’t too impressed… I rather just go to Sephora… and Walgreens… they have the same prices… and same products. dont know if I’ll come back…

Ulta is def. a place where you can get really fantastic, expensive brand cosmetics! They have a whole variety of fragrances, hair supplies (brushes, hair ties, straighteners, hair dryers, etc.) shampoos and conditioners, body wash, and way way more! This place is pretty reasonable. Some things a bit expensive, but some is good prices, too.

Ulta is a useful place for cosmetics/​perfumes/​haircare. They carry both low-​end and high-​end names so i’m just as likely to go there for Revlon as for Redken. This location seems fairly new, and is kept in execllent condition. Also, employees make the effort to ask if you need help.

Ulta gave me a great fist impression of a beauty supply store… much better than Walgreen’s, the local drug store, and my salon! Pretty decent prices too! (the Solon prices are crazy expensive compared to here!)
This was my fist time at a any beauty supply store… I only give it 4 stars because I have no other experience with a store like this, how could I compare it! I did not even expect to be in here.
I was at a friends home, close to this location, helping wrap gifts, (the women were, I was having some nog and watching a game) when I was blind sided buy my girl with a Christmas gift list and told to go here … I was actually nervous walking in here… I thought my manhood would be sucked right out of me! Well it wasn’t and I have to say that they had so many cool things for everyone! I even found a new gel for myself, picked up some colognes for my cousins, and some beauty supplies for the ladies in my life. The woman behind the counter had answers to all my questions and I had a lot! This is not my usual job, picking out blush brushes (who new cheap blush brushes could shed and ruin expensive make up) and finding the right volumizer. This place is the king of all stocking stuffer places. There were all kinds of little things that people could/​would find useful. I really liked this store and I was told that this wasn’t even close to being their best. Wow… if I had only thought is was cool for a guy to go to a store like this sooner!
