Gadsden and Culpeper American Heritage Shoppe

I ordered from the Gadsden and Culpeper website and was told to expect delivery between 12÷8÷2015 and 12/​11/​2015. Much like anyone might do on 12/​10/​2015 I checked the tracking number from the confirmation email I received and found out that the stuff I paid for is being shipped to Summerville, MA instead of Summerville, SC. My address clearly indicated Summerville, SC in the confirmation email I received from Gadsden and Culpeper. I figured that this was no big deal because I could give them a phone call and have my merchandise overnighted to me free of charge (it was their mistake) and all would be well. Low and behold, there is no number to call on the website and when I looked them up on Unilocal and Google Mapps, the phone number they do have has been disconnected. Meanwhile, the response I received from their online automated email service says, «we TRY to get to all inquiries within 24 hours». I am writing this experience up as a loss, and recognize that I shouldn’t do business with these folks again. If for no other reason than they can’t read. Reading is fundamental.

I found Gadsden and Culpeper (G&C) from a Facebook Ad that came up on my news feed a few years ago. I really like the selection they offer, and have some of the best prices i have found anywhere. The coupon codes i have found online have saved me even more on top of the great prices they already have. The only reason i am not giving 5 stars is that the shirts tend to shrink really fast. I realize that for the low cost i am not going to get a premium shirt. There are other companies that sell similar style clothing, that lasts much longer, but also costs much more. I have ordered probably 5 shirts for myself, and several as gifts. The shirts i have ordered probably lasted 2 wash cycles before they started to shrink a little, then maybe 3 or 4 more before they got a bit too small. Drying on low heat could probably have really extended the life of the shirts, in all fairness. What i would like to see from G&C is more tactical gear. It would be nice to see the extensive clothing section paired with a good selection of bags, rigs, kits and kit accessories. I would say most if not all of my orders have shipped same day if i made the order in the morning, or next day if i made the order in the evening, so A+ on shipping speed. Overall i think this is a great company and i will surely continue to shop here in the future.

Great store! They have a tremendous selection of patriotic gear and clothing, everything from embroidered hats to flags and stickers. I picked up a few items via Amazon for a relative in the military and she loved it all. Fast shipping and good customer service too!
