Corey has done several jobs for us over the last 13 years, including a room addition, 3 bathroom remodels, downstairs remodel, and a few jobs that required some investigation, such as sheetrock damage, leaks, and siding repair. With all of these jobs, Corey has been fantastic to work with. He knows his trade, he is easy going, he is punctual with bids and amendments, and always does quality work. He communicates any changes required to the job, because of what he encounters, promptly and professionally. His pricing is always fair and his attention to detail and quality is impeccable. If we aren’t completely satisfied with what he’s done, he comes back and makes it right, usually exceeding our expectations and without additional cost. If it’s an emergency, he’ll fit you in to his schedule.
It is difficult to find a contractor who is honest, has a lot of integrity, and delivers what he says he’s going to deliver on time and with quality. We have worked with a lot of them over the years and Corey is one of the few that you can count on to consistently deliver high quality work on time. I would highly recommend him if you need any home repairs or are thinking of remodeling. I would give him 10 stars if I could, but Unilocal only allows 5.
