2nd Wind Exercise

I had a great experience with 2^nd wind. I purchased a large piece of equipment sight unseen because the price was so good. My contact with them was with a Sean Kennedy, and before I bought the machine hewas very quick to answer any and all questions about it. I I wasn’t certain if he would be as good after I purchased the machine but to my surprise the level of customer service remained impeccable. Sean got back to me and helped me resolve a few small issues and in a better than could be asked for time frame.
I was also amazed by the delivery of the machine itself. They told me 10:30. No window of 11 – 4 or 10 – 5. Just we will be there at 10:30. My doorbell rang at 10:28 and they had the machine set up and ready to go by 5 to 11.
All in all a great experience with them and I feel like I got a great piece of exercise equipent at a great price.
