THE WORST EVER!
I walked in and stated that I would like black polish for New Years Eve and she said fine. I also broke my thumb nail and needed one acrylic put on. She obviously had never done acrylic and created this huge lump and then proceeded to file it for a VERY long time while burning me! Then, she is searching all around looking for black polish and informs me she has none but for the same price will do black sparkles instead. Ok, can’t be that bad… WRONG!
TWO hours later, about 15 coats later I walk out with the most ugly, lumpy manicure you have EVER seen! Then she charges me $ 50!!! WTF! Right!
Since it was the polish that doesn;‘t come off, it wouldn’t come off! Never go there@!!

I called this nail studio 3 weeks in advance for 2 pedicure appointments, one for me and one for my friend. I made it clear that I was coming in from Las Vegas so if there were any changes to please let me know. A week before our appointments I received a confirmation call letting me know everything was all set.
One week later on a Saturday we arrive 15 minutes before our appt time and no one had a clue what I was talking about. The one lady that was there was super nice and felt bad stated she could «do one of us while the other went away and then do the other person afterwards.» Unacceptable but NOT her fault as she was trying to correct the situation. There was another person working there but she was washing someone’s hair and didn’t even speak as she was the one who saw us come in the door.
We declined as the whole purpose was to relax together and catch up on some conversation. I am tolerant of many things but disorganization and incompetence are not two of them and as a result, we will NEVER go to or recommend this place to anyone. I’m not even sure where pedicures were done as this place was set up like a storefront beauty salon.
