CertaPro Painters of Scottsdale

On ³⁄₂₆ contacted this company to paint my house. On 3/​27, the owner came out and gave me a bid. On ³⁄₂₈ submitted my proposal to the HOA. On ⁴⁄₀₉ sent an acceptance contract to CertaPro. Since I hadn’t heard anything from the company after calling and leaving messages, I called the main number on ⁴⁄₁₆. Office manager said that the owner was out of town and would get back to me on the following Monday. I thought they should have left a message on their answering machine stating that.
On Monday ⁴⁄₂₁ they called and stated that they would be out to paint on May 8^th. The workers did a great job painting the house. It only took them 1 day to prep and paint. They were neat and efficient.
The next time I look for a contractor, I’m going to ask if they accept credit cards. That will be one criteria for me to consider. This one didn’t and there was no mention as to the type of payment that had to be made.
They accepted only a check. To bad, looks like I’ll have to find another contractor to paint my other house.
