They are extremely rude and make you feel like you are bothering them. They are even rude when you open an account. They SUCK. ALL of the people I have spoke to with accounts there go to other locations when convenient.

Very unfriendly and not helpful at all. We had a problem with fees being taken out when they shouldn’t have. We were told to go to the branch and show them our proof to clear the fees up. We had a printed out paper with a date on it that showed we had the funds in our account at the time other charges went thru. I mean, we had the proof in our hands and they still refused to help us. Their customer service sucks and the tellers are always so rude, like I am bothering them when I go there. Canceling this acccount.
