Gigi’s Cupcakes never fails to cure my sweet tooth cravings. Delicious flavor combinations are always guaranteed. It’s a bit pricey but they have a points program that is pretty rewarding.

I was super excited to try Gigi’s cupcakes for the first time especially because it was my wife’s birthday. Called and asked if they delivered, was placed on hold for an eternity. After 15 minutes of waiting on hold I had to hang up. I drove to their location half an hour before they closed, the door was locked. No one answered the knocks and no one answered a phone call. For first-time experience this was an extremely poor experience. I’ll never come here again, nor will I ever recommend this place.

Gigi’s is by far the best cupcake place I’ve been to. My favorite part is the frosting! It’s piled high so you’ll be sure to get a sugar rush. The workers there are very friendly and always answer all my questions. I like Gigi’s because they have a variety on cupcake flavors. You can literally get a different cupcake every time you go in! Gigi’s will forever be my favorite. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Just make sure you don’t browse on an empty stomach ;)

Let me start off by saying that I am a cupcake LOVER so I know good cupcakes! My mom and I came here one Sunday afternoon and decided to try these cupcakes. There were no signs with the cupcake names on it so we literally had to ask the guy working what each cupcake was(not ideal). It was mid afternoon so it wasn’t like they were closing. My mom ended up getting the peanut butter cup and I got the White Midnight(chocolate cake w/cream cheese frosting) HUGE disappointment. The fact that there’s a «glop» of frosting makes these cupcakes an epic fail. My mom said that her cake part was very hard and not fresh. Mine on the other had was ok, but I had to remove more than half of the frosting. It was way too sweet and not enjoyable. I would’ve been better off continuing to go to Sprinkles.

Ordered a birthday cake for my wife’s 40th. Disappointing in appearance, size and taste. For $ 130 I expected something special. Very unattractive, minimal decoration, overly sweet very sad cake. Frys supermarket would have been better. Avoid

The gluten free cupcakes made me sad. They tasted like a dry, hairy sponge and not worth it. It only tasted like sugar not the actual flavor of the cake and there was almost no frosting on any of the gluten free cupcakes I got. It was like 1⁄5 of the amount of frosting on the regular cupcakes which I don’t understand. Gluten free products are normally a bit dry so more frosting might make it a little better. I give three stars just because they offer a gluten free option and it’s nice to be included haha

Not worth your time or money! Honestly grocery store cupcakes are better. Gigi’s piles about a cup of frosting on each cupcake but it is nothing special, just basic shortening frosting lacking flavor. They have special names for all their cupcakes but i doubt you could taste much of a difference if you ate one blindfolded picked up a «Birthday Surprize«cupcake for a friend. Basic cupcake with sprinkles. No filling, no «surprise». What’s the point? Bake your own or pick up something at AJ’s

Tasty and always unique. My mom loves to surprise me with a special cupcake from Gigi’s Cupcakes. For my twentieth birthday, she picked up a Red Velvet Cheesecake Cupcake. Perfectly adorned with cream cheese frosting, I pulled down the paper cup exposing the red architecture. Parting my lips, I took the first bite. With a consistency similar to cheesecake but with the firmness of a red velvet cake, I was taken into a world of bliss and decadence. Since then, I have been hooked. You can imagine my excitement when my mom bought a number of cupcakes for my college graduation this past May. Thank you Gigi’s, for always living up to my expectations and more.

I’m a big cupcake fan and have had lots of great ones at other shops, but the chocolate with vanilla frosting from Gigi’s tasted like it came from a grocery store bakery and should have cost $ 3.50 for 4 or 6 cupcakes, not for 1. It unfortunately wasn’t even good enough to finish. The cake tastes like a box mix and the extremely dark color leads me to believe there is artificial color in it, and what’s the point of that? I like a lot of frosting, but not when it is just sugar-laden with no flavor. I’ll be skipping this one, in the future.

Gigi’s cupcakes are delicious. There is no doubt about it. The staff is great and going through a huge change because previously it was awful. See bad reviews. All in all, the cupcakes are finely decorated with lots of frosting, sugar, and sprinkles! Sprinkles are for winners.

I preordered 16 cupcakes for my piano students’ recital. I wanted each student to get a cute cupcake with a music note on it. Gigi’s was able to do exactly what I was asking for! The cute girl working at the front was very helpful and even went back to bring the chef out to talk to me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. When I went to pick them up, they were on the counter ready and waiting for me! Unfortunately, the taste of the cupcakes wasn’t good. I tried two of the cupcakes I ordered, the Strawberry Shortcake and the Cookie Dough. Both had so much frosting I felt sick and the cake part was not moist or particularly flavorful. The cake part tasted like it was made a few days prior and maybe frozen or something(though I’m sure that isn’t actually the case). I probably wouldn’t go back to just buy a single cupcake for myself anytime soon. Yes, they are very cute and I loved that they were able to customize them and put them in cute little boxes, but they just didn’t taste good! I hate to leave a so-so review for them because it’s such a cute shop and the customer service was exceptional, but I have to be honest. There are other places to get a very moist, fresh tasting cupcake… sorry Gigi’s!

I cannot say enough great things about these cupcakes. They are, hands down(or up?)…THEBESTCUPCAKES… EVER! I usually buy a mini box of assorted flavors, and not one flavor disappoints. The creamy, rich icing is piled a mile high on each cupcake, and it is delicious! My favorite flavors are white wedding cake and red velvet cake. The staff is always friendly and they even provide samples. If you’re looking for a great cupcake, Gigi’s is the place to go.

Super cute place and convenient location. Very happy with their cupcakes and they have a variety of other items to choose from now too. They have the best cheesecake cupcakes, which are our favorite. Highly recommend.

I am very confused with the negative reviews for Gigi’s Cupcakes. I had dinner at Taharu Sushi a few doors down and thought I would try Gigi’s afterwards. I got there just before they closed and the young lady behind the counter was very nice and accommodating. First thing I need to point out is, they have FREESAMPLES of there cupcakes. This is the only place I have ever seen who has free samples. I tried one and I was amazed at how good they are. There frosting is fantastic and the cake is nice and moist with a great flavor. These are probably the best cupcakes I have ever had! About the frosting complaints, ITSFROSTING! Frosting is amazing! Frosting is the best part of a cupcake. Gigi’s frosting is fantastic! It has that«sugary crystals» texture that is so good! I tried the wedding cake and the caramel and both were incredibly good! I had two of there cupcakes last night and have been thinking about them ever since. I just may have to go in later tonight to have another one. Thats how good they are.

It is shocking to see the bad reviews on here. Shun the non-believers! I love this place, as does my husband. It has been so difficult to find a place that sells not only gluten free cupcakes, but gluten free cupcakes that don’t make you gag and empty your wallet because they are so expensive. My husband and I come here so often now. Reasonably priced, great location, and love the selection. I love the«Miss Princess». The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The boxes they put the cupcakes in are so cute and perfect for taking them to go. You can become a fan of Gigi’s cupcakes and create an account online, where you get a free cupcake for creating the account! This place is amazing. I found my gluten free cupcake place!

I do not understand why there are so many poor reviews! I have never really been disappointed with Gigis. In fact, I think they are significantly better than Sprinkles or Sweet Daddy Cupcakes. One complaint is that I have been in there a couple times where the staff has not been the friendliest. However, that was a quite some time ago that I experienced that, so I think that has improved. I have had good service here as of late! They always have a good variety of cupcakes and some fun flavors. My favorite by far is the wedding cake cupcake. Usually I go for more funky flavors, but the classics are definitely the best in this case. I absolutely love frosting, so I like that they put mounds of frosting on their cupcakes, but I understand that not everyone is into that! The frosting is pretty darn good, smooth and not too tooth-achingly sweet. The cake has a good texture and flavor as well, not too dense or strong in flavor. I also think its a plus that they have jumped on the gluten free bandwagon and now have those options.

I got the dozen minis and a gluten free cupcake for my friend. She LOVED the GF cupcake. She kept asking me over and over again if it really was GF(I assured her there was a GF sign poking out of it when I purchased it.) The mini cupcakes were delicious, but half the cupcake was frosting(and I’m not a big frosting fan.) The cupcake itself was delicious and moist. The frosting was okay. Did not taste completely natural/fresh, but still good. I’d still go here over Sprinkles anyday!

Gigi’s is my ‘go-to’ for Birthday or celebration cupcakes. I haven’t actually eaten one myself, but everyone I have gifted them upon has raved about them! I buy them one at a time, so the price doesn’t bother me too much, but buying a full box would be way out of my price range. There are traditional flavors, but also fun things that rotate like Bourbon Pecan and Red Velvet, etc. Also gluten free options in the right hand case. The girls working here are sugary sweet and very nice. They will try to sell you on their free membership for discounts and check in offers. Enjoy!

Headed here with a co-worker and grabbed up one cupcake each to enjoy with our coffees from next door. They definitely have a lot of frosting on them, but nothing that kept me from enjoying the cupcake overall. I had a chocolate on chocolate cupcake that had a ganache like frosting on it. I ended up taking a bit of the frosting off and simply not eating it with the rest of the cupcake, so they could definitely save themselves on cost by not putting so much on there, but the cake itself was done well and the frosting tasted great once you removed a touch. The staff was super friendly and answered a couple of questions we had about what was in each of the ones we debating on. They have adorable little boxes that they put them in, and they are great for transport without the cake falling over and the frosting getting everywhere. Overall: B+ A good stop off for a sweet bite if you are in the area — grab up a cup of coffee next store and enjoy them together!
