Always have had a pleasant experience when I’m here — Tomas is a great massage therapist and Cassandra at the front is always so nice and provides great customer service. Much more peaceful here than at the Raintree location

This is my second visit to this location, fourth visit to a Hand & Stone facility. I have to say this was a great experience.
Reception service by McKensie was… perfect. Warm, friendly greeting; helpful, professional, informative. The facility was clean and comfortable. Services started and ended on time. Therapists were professional and effective — customizing the experience for each of our needs.
A few years back we tried Massage Envy. Hand & Stone is SO much better.

I really like this particular Hand and Stone. The front desk people are great and greet me with a smile. The whole place is spotlessly clean. I have been going to Christine for about 5 months, she is amazing. I have had physical therapy for an IT band and hip issue, Christine, with weekly massages has helped me more than PT. She is very sweet and a great therapist. Book early as she is very popular!

If there was a negative 5 they would receive that as my rating. For the second time the front desk messed up my appointment but the worse experience was the massage. I have been a massage therapist for 8 years and the therapist was creepy and extremely inadequate. I had to end the massage early as I couldn’t stand it. Will never go to this location ever again.

I do not get massages regularly but my back was sore last week and a friend recommended Hand & Stone. I called to make an appointment and when I explained about my bad back the receptionist recommended Allyn who could work on me the next morning. Allyn had amazing hands and gave me a wonderful massage concentrating on my lower back. So good I am now committed to getting regular massages.

Normally you never know what to expect at a spa chain, but hand and stone rises above expectations and provided a truly great experience. My therapist was Matthew and I have to say he gave me the best massage I ever had and was wonderful at deep tissue. The reception girl was also very friendly. At the time I went it wasn’t overly busy and they didn’t have a problem booking me at the time I needed.
The location is right next to an AJs (I couldn’t find it at first) I highly recommend this location and Matthew as a therapist.
PS I wrote a review on this place before but it got filtered out! Not sure why :/​hopefully it doesn’t happen again
