Michael did the photographs for my team at Karve Studio North Scottsdale. His eye for detail and ability to capture angles of the body was just fantastic. As a fitness studio this is hugely important! Highest recommendation! You will not be disappointed if you choose Michael to capture your special moments!

Much like the previous reviewer, Laurie, we came to Michael through a prize from a charity function, without much knowledge about his work. We had a bit of a mix up on the time for our initial meeting, and he really bent over backwards to make things right (which impressed me). Our session was also a good experience. Like Laurie, we also have two very active little boys, and somehow he managed to get even our 2 year old interested in the picture taking process. The final photographs capture their personalities better than I ever could have hoped, and we ended up with an amazing set of proofs from which to choose. The only way it was even possible to choose just a few photographs was that each one seemed to outshine the last (which was also unbelievably good). The artistry behind our photographs is top notch, and Michael really created true works of art that will hang on our walls. I definitely recommend Michael for anyone looking for an extra special photograph. Top notch!

I bid on and won a portrait sitting package during a charity luncheon. Thus, we went blindly into the family portrait without knowing anything about Michael. We are thrilled with the outcome! Michael spent a significant amount of time in preparation (consultation before the sitting), during the session and afterwards preparing our final prints. Most photographers don’t invest that much time. We have two small boys and he was able to capture unbelievable shots of VERY active children. The pictures were extraordinary and well worth the investment. We thought we would walk out with one family portrait, but ended up with several of the boys together, individual and even one of my husband & I. In fact, the pictures were so good, it took us over an hour to narrow down to our final selection. Michael’s philosophy is to create a work of art for your home. I can say that he has definitely created beautiful pieces of art that we will be thrilled to have adorn the walls of our home. His deep passion for the art comes through vividly.
