I cannot say how much I love this pharmacy. Not only are the staff so friendly and so helpful, but the owner is compassionate and caring. My family and I had went on trip and when we got home at 2am I asked my son to put my medication in the refrigerator. He accidentally put it in the freezer. I called the pharmacy emergency contact and I reached the owner. I had no idea at the time that was him. He guaranteed me he would help me, and he did. He sent out new medication immediately and didn’t even charge me. I offered but he just said he wanted to make it right, and not to make my son feel any worse. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Well worth the search. Thanks again for being there for me and my family at such a stressful time.

The customer service here is amazing! Everyone is really friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond any time I had a question or request. My insurance doesn’t cover the IVF meds, so when I switched to estrogen and hormones I didn’t think to give them my insurance information. Then after a couple months, I asked if I could use it and they said yes. So a couple employees were nice enough to help me go back over my payments and refund the money that insurance covered. They didn’t have to do it since it was my error, but it was awesome that they did. They also do home delivery even though I live about an hour away.

My wife and I are going through IVF and we have been going to Integrity (and their sister pharmacy Vasco) for the medications/​shots/​hormones/​etc. In our experience the staff at both practices simply could not be more friendly, informative, accommodating and helpful. And as an added bonus, they price match, for which we are very thankful, especially given the high cost of the IVF process.
Bottom line, we would recommend Integrity to anyone looking for a compound pharmacy to help you through the sensitive and sometimes confusing process of trying to get pregnant the new fashioned way.

I had a large amount of medication shipped to me, and everything was perfect. It was really nicely organized and kept cool with multiple frozen packs. I thought the staff was friendly and really responsive.
Since ordering from Integrity, I used a different pharmacy only because of a rebate on one medication. The other pharmacy’s customer service wasn’t anywhere near as good, and I’m crossing my fingers that everything is packed correctly. Integrity was much better.
