I would describe this as a full-​service concierge company. My company uses Life & Leisure for tickets to arts & entertainment; however, the web site indicates he offers personal gift shopping, errand services, Full Travel Assistance, Private Jet Rental and hotel/​spa/​golf reservations.
I have only used the ticket purchasing aspect of the company. I have purchased tickets to Dancing with the Stars, Ringling Brothers circus and Broadway shows such as Sweet Charity, Wicked and Phantom of the Opera. With Wicked I called for seats in row 20 and Barry offered me seats in Row 2 for only $ 4 more. What I like most is that there are no fees as you get with TicketMaster. Ticket prices reflect the total cost, but a 3% state tax is added. Still, I get tickets in better seats with cheaper prices than I would going through TicketMaster.
Barry can also work with you if your plans are in other cities. He found tickets for me to the Cincinnati Bengals game in Ohio and the Patriots game in Massachusetts. If you hate TicketMaster as much as I do, give Barry a call!
