Psycho Jock Embroidery

I recently placed a decent size order for my company. Neal was professional throughout the entire process and was able deliver exactly what we asked for. He emailed me sample before and when I asked to see other designs he was quick to respond. The 5 star comes from how he handled an issue we had. Somewhere there was a breakdown in communication and quite honestly it most likely on my end. Neal rectified the issue with professional courtesy and got us everything we asked for. Because of this I will be back, and of course they do great work. Thank you!

I received short notice to get something embroidered and was concerned wether I would be able to get it done in time. When I walked into Psycho Jock I received the nicest, most sincere greeting. As I explained what I needed done and when I needed it, I thought I’d be turned away or charged an exuberant price, but to my surprise neither were the case. I thought my options would be limited because of the short notice, but that wasn’t the case either. They took the time to sit with me and offer me so many options and suggestions. They took the time to show me the font and thread color of my choice. They were able to get my job done the same day and at a reasonable price. Words can’t express how helpful, kind and nice they were. I haven’t had amazing customer service like this in longer than I can remember. My experience was so amazing, it was emotionally moving!!!

Hands down the best embroidery shop. We were doing a total revamp of our existing logo and looking for a fresh new look for our apparel. Dan and the crew spent countless hours reworking our artwork so that it would translate from drawn lines to stitching. Great experience with Psycho Jock on my low volume order. They make good on the customer service claim that they service «needs as small as 1 hat, to 5,000 shirts», as I only wanted two shirts done, and they treated me as if I was getting 200 hundred.
Neal is awesome. He listened to what I was looking for and his communication was fast and professional. The whole thing, from first communication to finish was done in around a week, which met our extremely tight deadlines.
I had never had embroidery of our logo done, and Neal created sew-​outs in two sizes so I could pick the best one for my project. We selected the one that met our needs, and the final product turned out great. Very proud of the shirts that Psycho Jock created for us. Can’t wait for our next trade show when I can show them off.

We ordered some company shirts and hats from Psycho Jock. We wanted to change up our logo and have it embroidered on the shirts instead of silk screen, The owner came to our business with a couple sample ideas and different color schemes and was very helpful. The shipping is fast and the order was correct. Prices are very fair and have a lot to choose from.

My company was having a hard time finding someone who could embroider one of our logos and still make it look classy. Not only did Psycho Jock pull it off, they did it in a very short time frame. John, one of the owners, actually came all the way down to our office (a 45 – 60 minute drive) on a Saturday to bring us samples. Then, one of the employees met me half way to deliver the shirts.

Psycho Jock has done all the embroidery and silk screening for our retail items. The quality of the clothes they can get are great. Lily will also give you her opinion on all the merchandise and she is super knowledgeable about all of the items they can order. I would definitely recommend them.
