I’ve been coming in to see Felicia and she always does such a fantastic job. She gives a great experience and leaves you feeling fabulous!!! My hair is always on point.

Priced well and good service. JoAnne managed to work me in same day, which apparently is unheard of around here. Not the most updated salon in regards to décor, but for the value it’s just fine by me. JoAnne had a very kind and sweet disposition, she seemed rushed but it was after 6pm so it didn’t seem like a big deal to me… plus I was worked in. She asked a lot of questions to ensure I was happy with my results, both color and cut. As a woman who wears her hair very short it’s important to me to have a stylist who is careful to keep my cut feminine and fashion forward. JoAnne was more than capable of that. I’ll be a repeat client.

Susie is amazing. She has over 30 years exp. it defiantly shows. She is the best. I never have to worry when I go see her. Highly recommend Susie for all your hair needs.

Brought my girlfriend into salon 18 to get highlights and she love it. She especially enjoyed Jo’s company. Price was great too, coming back here next time.

Joe is spectacular at cutting and coloring my hair, which is difficult to do since it is very short. She never stains my skin unlike other more expensive salons. And she’s the sweetest, most understanding person alive.

I LOVE my hairstylist (Felicia) who works at this salon! Ive been going to her at this location for 4 yrs! I keep her cards in my purse cuz people ask me where I get my hair done all the time! Like every other decent salon/​stylist you need to make an appt in advance. Dont expect to walk in ANYWHERE and get an experienced stylist. A good, qualified and experienced stylist has regular clientele and likely will have a full schedule at least a few days out but will schedule you at their earliest available timeslot.

Call to make at appointment at this salon and they were so rude! I wouldnt even bother. Worse customer service ever. So glad I didnt give them my business.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I called ahead to explain my situation as my hair was over processed and I needed it fixed before work tomorrow. I brought a picture for reference and thought I’d explained what I wanted well enough but then when you’re just randomly grabbing hair and clipping with no clear plan I guess it’s hard to achieve the desired affect! The color isn’t entirely her fault but it is entirely awful! The cut is completely uneven and looks like my three year old got a pair of scissors out and cut mommy’s hair for her. There was dye all over my skin and water flying in my face while shampooing and she literally was just haphazardly grabbing and tugging chunks of hair. Not only was the outcome atrocious but the experience was painful and unpleasant. I showed a picture with LONG bangs that literally swept across the entire head from one side to the next and what I got was bangs half way up my friggin forehead. I’m 30years old and look like a 90yr old waiting at the bus stop for the casino bus to pick me up so I can go play bingo. I was crying through most of my visit and flat out bawling when I left. There were no apologies only blame and excuses well «clearly you didn’t want short hair» was all I got. Then as I went to pay she rudely told me I can «go on». That I did. Worst experience EVER in a «salon» and I use that term loosely. If I could give zero stars I would. Just plain awful! I left with a scarf on my head!!!

I went in for a partial highlight and was in and out the door in 40 minutes! And that’s even with her leaving me at the shampoo bowl with the conditioner on my hair for five minutes.
Bleach was just thrown on my hair, processed under the heater to speed things up, and then while being shampooed she was rushing so fast that she stabbed me in the eye with her soapy finger scratching my eye.
No toner was used to finished the partial highlight and she didn’t even finish rinsing the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair prior to starting to dry my hair.
Needless to say I left without being blowdried and will never return to the salon again.
Do yourself a favor and find a different salon you will not be pleased.

Don‘t go there. They don‘t have a list with their prices and every time you go there they charge you a different amount. Not very professional. They just try to rip you off.
