Swarovski Gallery Store

Very disappointed. I took my mother here for her birthday and we were in the store for about 10 minutes. The girl behind the counter was on the phone the entire time (it was very obviously not a business call) and had her back turned. My mother loved a bird in one of the cases and we tried to get the girls attention to see it, but she just turned, held up one finger to tell us to wait, and turned back around and continued her phone call. However, the selection is nice, but we won’t be back.

To make a very, very long story short… Jessie at the Scottsdale Fashion Square store is my new hero! After a traumatic robbery at my house (I lost a Swarovski jewelry collection that I have been collecting for 25 years) I called the Scottsdale store with style numbers of items that were recently retired and asked if he could check the system to see if any stores had any stock left. He was more than accommodating and generous with his time and made me feel that I mattered. He located 2 of my bracelets in opposite ends of the country. I am pleased to say that they are both on their way to me as I type this review. I felt compelled to let someone know that Jessie was a great representation of Swarovski. We seldom hear when someone is great! Thank you!!!

A very nice, though small, Swarovski store. I like the newer «crystal garden» white and steel theme that replaced the classic blue and red visual package.
Their selection is larger than the now closed store in Chandler. A wide variety of crystal accessories, home items, and of course figurines (including giant ones) are displayed behind glass here. They carry a small selection of men’s items, as well as watches.
While not super cheap, their quality is high (for crystal and costume/​fashion jewelry). One of the crystal-​filled pens they sell at the register made a great gift for a colleague. No gift wrap needed thanks to their fancy packaging and shopping bag!
Swarovski also sells small mirrors that you can display your crystal figurines on for a small additional charge. Sometimes you have to ask for them though, as they’re kept in a cabinet and not really advertised at all.
I do wish Swarovski would make new white crystal mice figurines though… and not rehash old styles in new colors.

Excellent staff great follow up. The product is timeless quality. Bring a little Bling in your life and expect great service. I love the statement necklaces never knew I could wear them Until… I was styled by one of the girls behind the counter.
My friend who was getting married, got styled and selected a beautiful set for her wedding.
I guess you don’t think of being styled for jewelry but it really does makes a difference.

I like the fact that a retailer stays true. There are many stores out there, «specialty stores», that start to drift from the primary product and start carrying other things in their stores., not Swarovski.
The Swarovski store at Fashion Square is amazing. I love that the store is so small and the clerks are always so polite and friendly. I walk in, look at stuff, they get stuff, I look more, they get more… Yadda Yadda. They take special care with your purchases and really seem to enjoy what they do. 5 stars for putting up with me!

My mother has had a Swarovski bracelet for some years, which she bought for about $ 250, and the clasp broke. She took it to the Swarovski store, and they sent it off to the factory for lifetime warranty repair. The following month we called the store to inquire about the bracelet. Surprisingly, the store has no way to track what was sent for repair to the factory. We were assured, however, that it was a good sign that we didn’t get a call. Three months later on my mom’s birthday, we received it in the mail with the following letter:
«Dear Swarovski Enthusiast —
Thank you for the opportunity to evaluate your Swarovski repair. Unfortunately, we are unable to restore your design to its original sparkling condition.
We assure you that this is a rare occurrence and hope that you will remain a Swarovski enthusiast.

I love Swarovski and their stores. Everything is so pretty and sparkly!
This store carries a nice selection of jewelry, accessories, and gift items in all price ranges. I am a little disappointed they don’t use any solid gold in their jewelry, only gold plated.
Every sales girl I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful, although the gal I spoke with today did come across as a little pushy.
This store has become one of my go-​to places when I’m stuck on a gift. But word of warning to the men… crystals are no substitute for diamonds!!!
