I have known Penny for years and she is the only esthetician for me. I have very sensitive, reddish, skin and I’m at the tail end of my forty’s. Penny has taken such care to find the right products and treatments that work best for me. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. She deep cleans my face, derma blades off sluggish skin, uses cooling, red reducing and super hydrating products that work best for my situation. If you have sensitive skin issues, give Penny a call… She’s amazing!

Penny was highly recommended to me by a good friend who had her permanent eyeliner done by Penny. I went in with high expectations and she exceeded them! I was very impressed by Penny’s hard work ethic, professionalism, and perfectionism. She wants to make sure she gets it right and the way you want it. Penny is an esthetician but she is also an artist. She loves what she does and she does it to perfection. I had my eyeliner and eyebrows done and my only wish is that I had met Penny sooner. I am so happy I found Wild at Heart and Penny. I started going in for waxing services and was so satisfied with how happy I was with the waxing that I let Penny do my facial. Having very sensitive skin I was very cautious about letting someone touch my face but after seeing how careful Penny was with my waxing I knew I could trust her, now I won’t let anyone else touch my face. I moved out of state for awhile and would still travel back just for my waxing and facial with Penny at Wild at Heart. I travel to Phoenix on a regular basis and was introduced to Penny at Wild at Heart Studio by my daughter who lives in the area. Each visit includes a micro-​needling treatment as well as relaxing facial. Wonderful results! When I return home my closest girlfriends are always asking if I had a facelift! Wild at Heart has the best services for your skin and Penny is the best esthetician out there. I’ve had facials at hotels and other spa’s, but nothing compares to the service I get at Wild at Heart. The facials are painful and feel great at the same time. Haha! Whenever I have an issue with my skin Wild at Heart is always quick to respond whether I’m in the studio or if I’m at home and they can help over the phone/​text. She’s a perfectionist when it comes to my eye brows so I know she’s the same with her permanent makeup services for women.

I went in to see Penny on a recommendation from a friend. I am not usually into getting facial treatments and the like, but I figured I’d give it a shot. Penny is Awesome! She made me feel at ease immediately and told me exactly what she was going to do and why. It was one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever done. It’s apparent that she truly loves what she does as her demeanor is so positive and genuine. I don’t live in the same city as her anymore as of very recent move, but if I’m ever in Scottsdale I’m going again!
