Marty is a theif and crook. Don't trust Marty. Marty had the nerve to call me "FAT". Very unprofessional. On one occasion, Marty ordered chinese food. As he, and his staff were eating inside their Seaford, N.Y. store, Marty commented out loud "This 'chink' food tastes good". Marty is an unprofessional, greedy slob.

Wow not helpful at all! Seems as if I was bothering them by going in! That’s 10 minutes of my life I’m not getting back! How you stay open is beyond me.

They sell «new» guns that are highly used. In fact, the manufacturer thought thousands and thousands of rounds were fired through the gun when only 20 were fired before it jammed. Warranty service sucks. Integrity lacking. Try Hunter Sports instead. Save the hassle.

I have to say this place is the most unprofessional gun shop I have been in! Used to be a great store, extremely knowledgeable sales people — they are now all gone. Store is left with the owner’s arrogant son and the owner Marty is never there. Owners son is not helpful and he has lousy customer service skills. The one guy, John who had been there for many, many years was the most helpful and he knew his stuff — great to deal with — he is now gone from there. That place has surely changed over the years. They need some caring and knowledgeable sales people because if Marty is relying on his arrogant, playing on the computer, unhelpful nasty son to bring the business in, well he better open his eyes cause he’ll be out of business! I’ll go elsewhere until they wake up and stop losing great, helpful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE salespeople — I just can’t believe all the great people who used to work there. — it’s just shocking to me to go in there expecting to see the one guy who knew anything is gone from there — he also repaired guns and did a great job. Oh well, they lost me as a customer as they did many others.

This used to be a good place. Now, despite having a lot of people behind the counter, no one bothers to help customers. The son seems to run the place now and Marty is not around much. The place also has little inventory and is disorganized. I have been a customer for 25 years and I always liked this place but it is has changed. Too bad.
