Rose Nail

Disappointed. This unused to be the best nail salon in Seagoville. Amber is still great but the rest of the team I can’t say much about. We went there last night, @ 5:30p we asked how long the wait is and was told 5min. I was getting a pedicure, my mom needed a manicure. They sat me in the pedi chair and then proceeded to work on someone else who walked in after us. I say at the pedi chair without water for over 30min. I then just got up. My mom sat at someone’s station waiting as well, she was in need of more service than I did she proceeded to wait 15min more. No one apologized for the wait or said a word to either one of us. We just walked out. This is why we only let amber do our nails.. She wasn’t there
