I had a polarity session with Sharon that was really wonderful and helped open up the blockages that keeps stress in my body… I should do follow up sessions on that…
I also did the TRE with her which was amazing… There was such a joy and sense of relief that filled me from allowing the tremors to move through me… It’s like she gave me the key that I needed to unlock the tensions in my body that I had no idea how to get rid off without having to seek outside distractions… It’s such a blessing…
