Rick is the best! He custom engraves our detailed logo on a cylindrical mug which is a challenging task because of the shape but they are perfect every time. Plus he is very responsive when a new shipment comes in, the turn-​around time is excellent and he’s extremely nice!

I have to say Rick is fantastic at his job. I went to him to get my dad’s Challenge coin engraved. I called him with only one days notice. He was gracious and kind enough to complete the job in one hour. Talk about customer service. He went above and beyond to help make my dads birthday special. He takes such pride in his work and his prices are so reasonable. Just Awesome!

Ok, I gotta say, I was very impressed.
One of my biggest pet peeves in retail today is lack of personal attention and disregard for actual customer needs.
RICK is all about the customer. His attention to quality, service and customer care sets the standard in this industry. In my line of work, I have used engravers for several different projects. I’ve used everything from Things Remembered to family friends… and Rick outshines them all. His price point is beyond reasonable and his work is simply outstanding! I’d post picks of his work, but what I had him do is a gift for a family member. After DAD gets his very belated father’s day gift I’ll see about posting pics of Ricks amazing work.
All of my engraving work will be done here from now on (period).

Rick has done work for me for more than 20 years. Attention to detail, stick-​to-​itness are his hallmarks. He’s an expert engraver and knows a thing or two about computers as well. I’ve never gone wrong with Rick’s work. Like it says above, Woohoo, As good as it gets…
