Super clean and nice workers! They had forgotten to give me an item I paid for a few weeks ago. I had called& came back tonight and they were really great about it. Nack (manager) went above and beyond and took care of my whole order, instead of just the 1 item. Great customer service. Love this location!

The last three time I’ve been here they have ALWAYS charged me for items and not given them to me. I have a large family so I get several things, when I get home, there is ALWAYS something missing that I have paid for.

Very slow service. It probably took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru and all I got was nachos

Horrible service, I went in to order my food right now the cashier had the personality of a wet mop. I ordered steak chalupas, he said, «We can’t make those our fryers down .» I said, that’s fine can I have a steak casadilla. He then took my bank card hurriedly slid it, said it declined, did it 2 more tines. I said you need to slide it slowly, and not hurriedly. I said, I just used it next door at McDonald’s. His response, Well it’s telling me the names to long on the card that’s why its declining. I was done, and fast food workers expect $ 15, after this. The explanation I get is «Your names to long on the card .» SMH ”

I dont usually eat fast-​food but, it seems as though there isnt much open after midnight and I dont do McDonald’s so every now and then, Taco bell it is! I I usually order the 3 fiery tacos. and call it a night

Whom ever was working on ⁸⁄₂₆ @715p is horrible! Worst drive thru experience. 10 mins waiting and there was only 2 cars in front of me than they totally get my order wrong… worst!

This place sucks! I ordered from the frozen faced cashier. Waited. Waited. Finally as orders crawl through, I inquire about my order. This is 20 minutes after I ordered on a not so busy day. After I asked about my order, they then started making it. It was at that point that I asked for my money back. The stone faced cashier gave me my money back, no sorry. No explanation… whatever! A really clueless bunch of inept employees!

Do not go in the drive thru line at lunch!!!
They have the same person working the registers inside and on the drive thru.
I waited 19 minutes in the drive thru line during my lunch break :-(Totally sucked when the drive-​thru is supposed to be fast. Once you pull into the line, you can’t get out, even before you order. Then you are just stuck there… waiting…for a long time.
The inside moves quick, and the food is just as you expect it to be. But the restaurant is understaffed, and the drive-​thru pays for it.

The bean and cheese burritos suck here! Only here can you get a tortilla folded 3 times with a hint of beans and cheese for double the price…

The egg is gross in the waffle taco, I took they egg out and ate half of it. They have nothing on the mcgriddle ! 4 stars because I love me local Taco Bell for lunch

The new Doritos tacos are pretty good, this area lacks food places open late, so the hours here are nice and that is what my review is mostly based on!

What can I say, its cheap and filling.

It always seems as if Taco Bell is in a constant state of decline in one way or another. They seem to have been remodeling most of there joints over the past 7 years. This loc is really nice inside. Super clean and swank. Feels like your in a better restaurant and the only reason I gave them a 2^nd star.
Then there’s the food… Pluuuuhhhhhh. I got a nachos bellgrande which has always been my favorite thing to order from Taco Smell for the past 15 years. Now, they should call it Nachos BellPequito (SMALL). There’s nothing grande about it and that goes for the rest of their food. Everything seems to be mysteriously shrinking every couple of years. Even their damn hot sauces are only packing a drop or two. You gotta get like a bucket of them to get a decent amount of sauce out (annoying). The food doesn’t taste good anymore either. I’m guessing they are trying to cut costs by substituting cheaper and nastier (flavorless) crap in their blah blah bluhhhhs.
The only reason I stopped at Taco Smell is because my daughter wanted a double decker taco which she enjoyed. Everything else sucked. The bean burrito was super small and tasted like a straight microwaved frozen burrito. I will continue to avoid all Taco Smells as much as possible.
Also the drive thru sucks here, it’s backwards. You have to pay and grab your food through the passenger side window. Boooooo ! ! ! Major party foul.
I wish Del Taco would buy out Taco Smell and convert them all over.

Always conistent and delicous for Taco Bell. One of my favorite locations near the beach. I’ve got a lot of good memories here.

The cleanest and nicest Taco Bell out here that I’ve been to. Seal Beach? Yeah… no joke here. You gotta like the interior set up. The food is the same as any other Taco Bell out there.
I’m dropping 5-​stars for the décor and area.
Plenty of parking, clean eating area, nice décor, clean restrooms.

This place is more than just a Taco Bell. If you stick around long enough, like a few hours or so, you will see what I mean. It’s some kind of gangster meeting place. I can’t believe the police haven’t raided this place yet. It’s clearly some kind of mafia outpost where tons of business gets done by local mafia Dons and «made men.»
My wife says it’s because it’s also a Pizza Hut, which makes perfect sense. Most of the mafia, if not all, are Italian and Italian Americans think pizza is fantastic. It’s like something out of the Sopranos. Guys wearing noisy jogging suits and sun glasses come in, pay their respects to one of the many underbosses chewing on some Volcano Nachos, maybe some new Stuffed Pizza Rolls, drop something off, grab some crispas, then leave.
Gambling, prostitution, drugs, hit jobs; it’s all coordinated from the «power tables» near the all you can drink soda machine. I’m pretty sure a couple guys that are in charge of the Seal Beach numbers racket make this place their HQ also.
The burritos are still pretty good at this TacoButt and the mafia likes to keep a low profile so all in all, it’s probably still pretty safe to eat here but I try to only go through the drive through because if a hit goes down, I don’t want to be sprayed with bullets while eating my pintos and cheese. You can come here and have a nice quiet meal, just don’t look anybody in the eye, and always watch your back.

Wow I wanted to kill the cashier today at Taco Bell. All I asked for was a bean burrito with NO freaking ONIONS!!! and she gave me attitude. What happened to good customer service. They are lucky they are Taco Bell otherwise with customer service like that they would collapse
